Terrible service going up to old Trafford for the day, driver smelt of alcohol when we got back to the coach! He then nearly ran a car off the road with road rage! BMZ 4977 you should not be allowed to drive let alone carry passengers!

Pretty standard school oporator. Not bad but not brilliant

i am a pupil that has used your transport in the past. your the only operator at school that do not allow pay as you go travel. and your fleet is a lot worse than Herbert or barons. your only good buses are your Dennis dragons. but they always look unclean. also let some of my fellow classmates down in this years gcse exams.

although i do like the novelty that you name some off your buses.

Think this company needs to educate their drivers on keeping to speed limits through arlesey and teach them how to use their breaks while speeding over the speed humps outside the school driving dangerously and far to fast they are being recorded and footage will be passed on to the appropriate authorities to deal with 2 this morning 11/4/25 have gone over at 30+ mph bang out of order.

Not very impressed about the 53 they run around letchworth..often the 20 past hr to wilbury doesn't run as the gentleman just cuts it out when he feels like it. And today 29/6/24 1.10pm.feom letchworth Town to wilbury. the ticket machine wasn't working. The driver doesn't know prices so he guessed or we told him and some people he didn't charge and some he did.

Terrible driving by one of your female double decker school bus drivers this afternoon…
Driving through shillington at around 14:05 I was greeted by your bus heading straight at me on the wrong side of the road!
There was no need for her to cut the blind corner, nobody to overtake. Please have a word with your staff as this isn’t our only instance with landmark.

Absolute shambles of a company. Appalling communication. Non existent customer service.
Stephen Biggs needs a rocket shoved up his a#se.
They should not be allowed to transport children and there are no safeguarding procedures in place.
Drivers have not been dbs checked.

Go up
