Bring back the A4! A reliable service with friendly drivers

665 in particular is not reliable. Nothing for it to be 10mins or so late with no explanation why. Which is all very good but when standing in pouring rain it's no joke. 664 seems more reliable so why?

Also where have all the lovely, polite, helpful drivers from the A4 gone?

This company provides transport for various employers in and around the Coventry and Gaydon area. The online ticket system doesn't work. They are using some cheap and tacky online booking system that just doesn't work. It crashes all the time, making it impossible to book a ticket.

Got on A10 bus 22/3 @9.46.Driver was appalling,drove like a maniac.very fast then hard braking.Very jerking trip to Solihull.He wouldn't even keep in Bus Lane as he wanted to overtake another bus which was travelling at normal speed in the bus lane.He is an accident waiting to happen !! Guess what we returned from Solihull on the 11.05 and the racing driver was in the cab! He drove in his usual manner of a maniac on wheels..He throws the bus around in a very aggressive towards other road users and to his passengers.Very poor and inconsiderate driver considering all the other drivers are careful and considerate to passengers and other road users alike.

As a father of children who attend Valley school of Fallowfield road (SCHOOL STREET) I am DISGUSTED at the lunatic drivers of these buses. One just passed the school at over 40mph in a 20mph zone at 3:45pm Friday 11th April (driver should be SACKED) I have files of footage of these maniacs which is being submitted to the council before God forbid a child is seriously injured by these IDIOT drivers.

Leigh one of the managers was a delightful chap also Matty was very helpful and their interactions with the much older chap when he got confused (Trevor I think)was fantastic..well done lads

Shout to Steve who was an amazing samaritan, after I was stranded by my transfer taxi company just outside Birmingham Airport, after I had dropped off a hire car in a car park 48 minutes walk away from the terminal. Although he couldn't deviate from his route, his assistance got me within 5 minutes walking distance (with luggage) to the departure terminal. Top bloke.

Impossible to find bus stop at Solihull Train Station, not even other bus drivers are aware, it is by the Fire station.

The driver was on time and he was very pleasant and courteous to my elderly parents and the vehicle was clean and it was a very pleasant experience for the journey down to Great Yarmouth.

The return journey was just as good. The driver was very cheery and pleasant The car was clean and tidy. The whole experience was very excellent and we were all very impressed.
