I wish to commend your driver Michelle. My husband & I are on GB tours holiday & Michelle has enhanced the trip. She's been extremely friendly and helpful throughout , incredibly knowledgeable about the places we've visited and highlighted places of interest along the route. Her enthusiasm for the 'little trains of Wales' has been infectious & it was great to have an extended time in Porthmadog.
Her driving was excellent too.
We would love to have another trip with Michelle in future

Five stars and more to your wonderful driver and tour guide Michelle. Our GB Tours Great Little Trains Of Wales holiday was absolutely made by the care that she put into enhancing every journey. Her wealth of local knowledge, research, laminated photographs and enthusiasm for her job were superb throughout and made us feel very well informed and looked after. Efficient, professional, and above all, someone who made time for her passengers. GB Tours and Lakeside are very lucky to have her. I hope that this review another's reach the ears of her bosses, you need more like her. The trips themselves were great, the Ramada excellent, and Porthmadog is a good choice for a couple of hours rather than the alternative. One very satisfied customer (and mascot bear).

Lakeside provided the coach for a recent excursion to Durham and York. Driver should probably note that repeatedly telling the 50 or so passengers on his coach how tired he is, does not evoke sympathy. It makes them feel unsafe.

Took a scheduled bus with Lakeside from Ellesmere yesterday. It was only a short journey to our motorhome but was charged £6.60 for 2. Thought it was a bit dear - but don’t use bus a lot so no problem. This morning the driver (Jay Jay) drove to the campsite to find us and refund £3.60 as actual fare was only £3.00. Exceptional service and full credit to the driver and company. 👍👍

We travelled to London for ABBA Voyage on the 25th February with GB Tours, Will was our driver and what an amazing young man he is! So incredibly knowledgeable and made our overnight stop perfect! The Sunborn Hotel and ABBA Voyage was incredible too! We had a fab time and would highly recommend this trip and company!

Lakeside provided a 53 seater for our wedding guests with 3 days notice.
They provided a professional and efficient service.
The collected guest at 3 different pick up points and waited outside the church and later dropped guests off at those same points. This was all as pre arranged.
Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much lakeside.
