Hajj 2024 Review - FRAUD AT ITS FINEST

ITS NOT WORTH BOOKING WITH SUCH AN INCOMPENT GUIDE TO COMPROMISE A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE.

I’ve seen the review from the year before and I wish I had taken heed. I related to every single incident of that review. THERE IS NO HELP FROM HIM AT ALL. HE WONT BE THERE AND BE PREPARED TO BE ALONE.

If this business travelled anywhere but Hajj and Umrah it would have been shut down along time ago.

I am writing this review after a lot of thinking and I will answer to Allah about it. I am being as unbiased and honest as possible.

I met Mr Hanif a few times before we travelled and he did seem very accommodating and pleasant. I realised later this is just an experienced trap.

The visa and flights etc were all done fine. They came approved and no issues. I thought me and my mum are going to be in safe hands but as soon as the journey started this expectation fell apart.

From the moment we met at the airport he was completely individual. He promised me that he would guide me through all the procedures etc as it was my first Umrah/Hajj but starting from the airport he saw me struggle with my ihram and moved on. I remember the feeling of my heart sinking when shared eye contact and he turned his back to go to the waiting area.

When we landed at the airport he joins other coaches to leave the responsibility of guiding a group.

I shared a room with the man himself, I didn’t get any guidance at all. I did not see him even for my arrival umrah at all so I joined another group since he was not there.

He is a bully who decides to do what he wants and especially when it came to the days of hajj I do feel it impacted my worship how badly it was organised. He stole my sleeping bag to use on the night muzdalifah as he forgot his own. He left the group to get on a coach by himself. There was no coach on the hajj days to transport from muzdalifah to the stoning pillars even though it was promised. THERE WAS A TOUR AND HE ASKED US TO PAY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS INCLUDED.

When we were booking he repeated many times that he has 30 years experience and how he has built up his business to own the building. He reminds everyone that patience is required, which is true. This is patience he takes advantage of to get away with his terrible service.

I can name at least 15 more incidents that led to such a terrible experience but I don’t have the heart.

PLEASE BE WARNED STAY AWAY. I REGRETTED BOOKING MY HAJJ TRIP FROM HERE

Hajj 2023, Where do I start with this company (Mr Hanif - Director). This is my third Hajj Alkhamdulilah and I have travelled for Umrah’s about 18 years in a row, therefore I consider myself as an experienced individual.
I met Mr Hanif at Manchester Airport for the first time and thought what a wonderful individual. When we landed at Jeddah airport he abandoned half of the group inside the airport and took other half to the coach outside. When we arrived in Mecca he had booked the hotel in Misfalah (Bangali Moalah) in dirty alleyways, although I was informed the accommodation is on main road called Ibrahim Khalil Road. The hotel was dirty with cockroaches, rat droppings, cat litter outside, zero rate hygiene all over.
Coaches he provided throughout the journey were old with broken seats and air conditioning not functioning properly.
In Mina were crammed into small tent where Mr Hanif and his brother stole our pillows and blankets. Mr Hanif did not even go once to collect food for the group as a group leader.
In Arafaat we did not have a tent allocated and had to sit in the sun outside at 47 degrees temperature with no food. We had to ask other people in their tents to let us in.
In Muzdalfah he lied to us and said there were no travel arrangements in the morning and we had to walk to Mina in the morning while the coach was parked next to us. After Fajr Salah, Mr Hanif and his brother jumped into the coach first. He left one group member behind in Muzdalfah in the morning and would not wait for him. Luckily this individual had a Saudi sim and used google maps to find his way back to Mina walking by himself.
In our group, there were individuals who were old, ill, wheelchair bound, he had no consideration for these people and left them behind as we’re going to stone the Jamaraats (Shaitan). Myself and another group member escorted these people in every journey.
In Madinah he booked us in Riyad ul Jannah but not told us. After I got hold of the lists, printed them off, he took them off me and made his way to Riyad ul Jannah leaving me and others behind.
Mr Hanif and his brother (Laurel & Hardy) as they were known by the group are LIARS, MONEY GRABBERS and FAKE. Mr Hanif was bragging that he had made 30 Hajj journeys and 100 Umrah’s. He is disorganised, useless and complete waste of time. HE IS ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY.
I would never travel with this company again and I would urge everyone to AVOID IT. Even one star rating is too much, I would rate him 0, if I had the option.

I travelled with Labbaik Hajj and Umrah Services in 2017 for hajj. I was a little hesitant as they had mixed reviews online but alhumdulillah everything, from the planning to our arrival in Saudi Arabia could not have gone smoother. I travelled with my extended family and we had many special requirements as some of our elders required wheelchair access, we also had children with us and Haji Hanif were able to make all the necessary arrangements beforehand. He also travelled with our group from Makkah to Medina and was always available when needed. I have already recommended Labbaik to several family members and friends, some of whom have now already travelled with them for umrah. I will definitely use them again in future inshaAllah.

Thank you to labbaik hajj for giving me this opportunity to go to do hajj the whole experience has been amazing i would not say hajj is easy but i do have to say if theres no pain then you would not feel the pain ov our prophets. Waking up every morning and thanking allah swt for giving me another day to do abadaat in his home. Thanking all the hotel staff for the food that they would provided for us thanking the people that work in makkah and medina how blessed they are having the opportunity to work in allah home. Always be greatful in what you have whether its little or more. Never forget to thank all those who have helped you whether it was upto your standards or not still be greatful and thankful as our prophet never hurt anyone feelings. Sabar and politeness will take you very far. Allah loves those who have these qualities. So thank you to labbaik for everything you have done for us.

Appalled with the service i received from the main leader hanif, i feel he is a thief and a manipulative businessman. As everyone hopes their spiritual journey is completed with ease and comfort, this was the complete opposite for me and a couple of other members in the group. However i will
Only be speaking about my experiences with the travel agent and the spiritual journey. Before the spiritual journey had even started i found it was a huge problem trying to get hanif (business owner/ travel agent), to send me a receipt of the money i had transferred to him. Eventually after a good three weeks of begging for the receipt i finally got it. The only details i received for the flight day were the flight itinerary details, i was not told who the group leader was and what the plan for the day of the flight was even after asking through text and trying to call which he did not reply to both even after seeing the text. I decided to carry on with the flight day according to the details i had been given however was told that the flight was fully booked as the travel agent had not allocated us confirmed seats on the plane which i thought was very strange. I met a few people who happened to be in the same group and stuck with them till we reached the hotel. The hotel was absolutely rubbish, it had black lime scale around the toilet and the sink. Not to mention the flies and cockroach infested shower gutters. I thought that this would only last for a few days and hopefully the second part of the journey which began after the main hajj days would be much better. I found that the hotel in Medina was good however the treatment i received in Medina i will never forget. The main guy Hanif came to me and my brother in the mezzanine floor while we were eating and shouted as us in front of at least 70 other people also eating saying you are not allowed more than one drink per meal, which i thought was very weird as there were no signs saying that each person was allowed one drink per meal. I later looked around to see how many drinks others had, as petty as it may have sounded, literally everyone had a minimum Of two drinks in front of them. He further said that because of me and my brother he has had to put locks on the fridge doors so that we don’t take drinks. I was left embarrassed and shocked as i had nothing but respect for him
Since i had first met him In makkah. This is by far the worst service i have ever received and i will never travel with them again. AVOID AT ALL
COST EVEN IF ITS A FEW HUNDERED POUNDS CHEAPER

Team were extremely helpful and accommodating to my families specific needs including wheel chair access for our elderly parents and working around our work timetables. The ziarat tours were enjoyable and a great learning experience. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Will insh’allah be travelling with Labbaik and Haji Hanif in the future

Where to start from, honestly one of the worst groups out there to travel with.
Me and my wife booked our hajj in 2017 with one of the agents who did not tell us he was associated with labaaik. Rather was informed it will be a group of 50 which would be easily managed, but in reality there were over 300 of us!
1) the organisation of the trip was horrendous to say this company has being doing hajj packages for over 20 years it seemed like it was their 1st time taking a group.
2) on arrival in Jeddah we were not informed on what to do or expect, and were left to our own devices.
2) the hotels were not great but it was something that was expected but when we arrived in Makkah the group leaders had no concept of logistics and on how to give hotel room keys to 300 ppl so after a journey of around 19hrs we were made to wait even longer!
3) in mina whilst around 250 men women were crammed into one tent with no ac working and lack of fans, the group leaders and their cronies had nicked a vip tent and were no where to be seen until the saudi agents caught them and kicked them out which led to them moving into the bigger tents and making people who have already settled in move places!
4) we were informed our qurbanis were to be done in between 12pm and 3pm but no information was passed to us and around half 4 me and others In the group tried to get in touch but the agent kept cutting our calls and it was only until 6.30 when we were eventually informed.
5) after the day of qurbani we were told to make our own way back to mina, but in our group we had eldery men and women, and the poor folk became really upset and distraught as they did not know on how to make there way back to mina, so eventually the agents agreed to hire a couple of buses which was was unregulated and unregistered with the Saudis and can you imagine over 200 people being crammed into them! On top of that they made everyone on the bus pay 50 riyals each! Unbelievable.

They only decent thing was the food that was provided.

In all honesty stay far away from this group there init for the money and nothing else!!
