Recently visited Kuoni at Peter Jones 6th floor. We found the views over London stunning, whilst discussing our 2023 holiday options. Lucy was able to provide up to date knowledge of Mauritius following her recent visit, our holiday destination. This experience and insight into the flights, hotels, transfers and sights was invaluable, enabling us to customise our holiday. Following the visit, follow up communications enabled us to complete the booking. I cannot recommend Kuoni (and Stevie from the Peter Jones branch) enough!! Stevie immediately got what me and my husband wanted for our first holiday after covid and curated two amazing holidays (Maldives and Mauritius) for us. He spent ages trying to find the right location and right hotels and combine all with suggested experiences. We have already been to the first holiday and it was even better than what we have dreamt of. Cannot thank Stevie and Kuoni enough and are really looking forward to our second holiday later in the year (and all the holidays we will be booking with Kuoni in the years to come!)

Kuoni has been my agency of choice for solo holidays to far flung destinations. Every time, they have delivered the perfect blend of comfort, safety and local flair. For my most recent trip to Chile, the selection of hotels was nothing short of magical. I felt like I was part of a community that cared for each other and the natural environment in which it was situated, not part of a hotel. Steve and the team at partner firm Journey Latin America were incredibly patient through several iterations of this trip through the pandemic. They were pragmatic yet accommodating and compassionate. I am immeasurably appreciative of their efforts to ensure that I had the time of my life on a bucket list holiday.

The only part of the process that went well was the sales pitch. Once Sharon had the deposit and the booking was made, everything went downhill. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone, confirmations needed to be chased, and of course finally the disaster that was Jacob, the local Kuoni representative at Kuramathi. Kuoni likes to pretend that they offer a tailored, high-class service but in reality they are no different than TUI. Mass-market, cookie-cutter and impersonal. Never again!
