3 of us stayed for 1 night on a cycling tour and loved it. The room was huge, very comfy, and had an incredible view. Great showers, nice beds, all nice and clean. Sian was really lovely and chatty and washed our cycling kit for us. Breakfast was great and it's a 2 minute walk into the village. Would highly recommend!

It is difficult to travel with family and children. Hotels are really designed for adults travelling independently, Air Bnb can be very impersonal... Camping? Don't get me started! But Kirkfield Bnb is just perfect. Breakfast is taken care of, there are the same family looking out for you whenever you visit, the views outside are great, the views inside are great, we have had invaluable advice on what to do and where... We have ended up recommending to many fussy friends who have all love it as much as us! Recommended *****

What a delight! 1920's original oak fittings, original William Morris wallpaper = light, bright rooms = this house is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. I loved the private sitting room for guests and Sian lit a fire for us in the evening. Comfortable and elegant bedrooms. Loved the original loo flush downstairs. 😅 Sian made us very welcome and cooked a good variety of breakfasts. Her walking tips were super useful and made our planned day walk even more interesting.

Brilliant stay: the house is as spacious, comfortable and attractive as the photos look. The lounge is a great social space, with milk for your tea and glasses for your Prosecco. All very clean. Beautiful views from all the rooms.||Easy to park, quiet location on the edge of the village, but only a few mins walk from the shops and eateries of Grassington.||Siân is a fabulous host, full of all the info we needed, including top advice and maps for a good walk. We are already booking to stay again!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was an amazing stay! The house itself it a beautiful big place, the rooms, dining area, sitting area were all spacious and it was all clean and comfortable. The views were lovely overlooking fields, cows and sheep. It’s very close to the village (less than 5 mins walk) and right next to the dales, a short walk to Linton falls. Breakfast was lovely too and Sian was a delightful host. We’ll definitely visit again, there’s so much to see around the dales!|

Beautiful house in a good location. Good breakfast, sufficient parking and great host in Sian. Minutes walk from the centre of Grassington and local walks. The guest lounge provided tea and coffee and a fridge. Already booked for next year. !

We were at Kirkfield for four nights.|As we had an infant, we stayed in the (very) large room to the right on the first floor. Beds were very comfortable, breakfasts were excellent, and Sian was very accommodating with any requests for our 1 year old. The property is excellently located, a very short walk away from shops and restaurants in Grassington village and an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Yorkshire dales.|Definitely recommend Kirkfield House

Fantastic 1 night stay in triple room on our first night of Dalesway Walk. Bedroom was very specious and all facilities were excellent. Perfect quiet location just a couple of mins walk into the Market Square. Views from the room were amazing. Choice and Quality of Breakfast was all you could wish for. Reservation and luggage transfer arrangement with Sian worked out exactly as I'd hoped. A really find. Will definitely stay again.
