Tonight I was waiting for my bus in Brookhouse,Caton got their for 5.40 pm, waited till 6.15 pm,.To find out that the bus dropped passengers off on the main road instead of coming through brookhouse, as a gentleman who was on the bus told me..I have a disability that gets worse with stress, which your driver has made my condition worse. I had to cancel a doctor's appointment in Heysham as your bus driver didn't follow the correct route. Whilst I was waiting for my bus, a Kirby bus came through to go to Kirby, so I don't understand why your driver didn't stick to the normal route. Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment because I couldn't get their in time. I hope this doesn't happen again, as I relay on buses to get me to my destination.

We have just returned home from our 5 day break to Bournemouth with Kirbys. Absolutely great service all round. Travel was comfortable and the hotel ( The Marsham Court) was lovely.
We would particularly like to thank Noel, the driver, very helpful and polite. And final mention must go to Jo, the courier. Fabulous service! Friendly, fun, helpful and knowledgeable! Nothing was to much to ask, Jo is an absolute star and an asset to the company.
Thank you Kirbys for offering a good value, very enjoyable break...we will be booking again and would recommend you to anyone

Very disappointed with this company at the moment. I've again had a holiday cancelled, even after I'd been calling for weeks asking about luggage allowance. No apologies, just 'oh that holiday has now been cancelled ' we'll be sending you a letter. Not good enough. This is the 3rd holiday I've had cancelled now, so I'm not sure I'll be booking any others in the future.

Was taken on a Mystery Tour for the Weekend.

Great Hotel with Dinner, Breakfast, Swimming Pool / Spa & Gym

Was taken to some nice places.

However the only complaint I have was that it was advertised with a ticket to a surprise attraction which turned out to be just a round trip on a Steam Train with nothing exciting to look at and only residential areas
