Very friendly staff, car was quickly fitted with 4 new tyres and had air con recharged in less than an hour. Lovely and simple, thanks guys! 😀

Booked for Air Con check on Saturday, they checked quickly within 2 mins that gas was depleted. There was still a 40 mins left until closing time but they refused to regas despite no customers. Why allowing to book for air con check if can’t regas at the same time? Waste of time and journey. Ruined my weekend in hot weather and moreover I can’t get it done during weekdays due to work.

Would give zero if I could, failed MOT and told I needed to pay £450 plus VAT for repairs, drove to my old garage where I used to live and it was £8 for the most minor reseal & bulb. Absolute rip offs and not knowledgeable at all! The failed ‘bulb’ (that they declared needed a whole knew headlight installation) was near side and they even wrote offside on the print out! Didn’t even do the free retest as they were that awful paid £50 to my old garage for MOT & repair, avoid at all costs!

I arrived for a pre booked appointment and they didn’t even start looking at the car for an hour and a half. Extremely stressful experience as I needed car ready to attend a funeral the same day. Why the hell accept bookings you don’t have capacity to carry out? Never again!

Had a booking for 3:30 prepaid tyres got in they started taking the wheels off and at 5:30 I've mentioned it to them it is taking a bit longer then expected obviously all other customers came in while i was waiting and all gone.
So now is 17:45 finally tyres done but been left sitting waiting for two hours without any update
Been coming to them for many years but now definitely don't feel like using them again at all!
Was last one to leave after closing time!

What a pity situation sitting there like an idiot watching everyone turning up getting they tyres done and leave but my vehicle was left standing there for two hours!

Took my car in today as some liquid was leaking from the underneath of my car. The guys were really lovely, took a look and fixed my car within 2 hours. They were great with my daughter too! Very friendly, reliable and will coming back for sure😊 Big thanks to Kyle & Waheed!
