Do not appreciate for weeks now the bald oath who books the taxis has not let me get a taxi. He gets aggressive and angry as soon as he sees my face and doesn’t give me a reason. If this doesn’t get resolved soon I will use connect cars as it’s starting to become a real problem. What are you guys even paying him for lol

Guy who picked us up on way out was very nice. Quiet Tuesday evening. Only a short journey from BB to town as I have a disability and cant walk far. Dropped us off said just call to come back only be a few minutes.
Rang to return at about 09:40 to be told at least an hour wait. Suspect short journeys not wanted, rescued by Connect Cars thank you.

Booked a taxi to go to the cinema, cinema tickets paid for, taxi was booked 30 minutes before the film started, journey takes 10 minutes so we had plenty of time. We waited for 20 minutes, still no taxi. I rang the office & was told that no drivers had turned up for work. I asked why we hadn't been informed and was told they had lots of people to contact. We didn't get to see the film & we lost the cost of cinema tickets. Very poor service.

Needed a taxi home from QE, at 25 past midnight on a Saturday night. Driver in a white Galaxy turned up within fifteen minutes. Taxi was clean and driver was courteous, helped with small.amount of luggage and drove me safely home, taking care of my fragile state. Cost was expected and reasonable for time of night. Thank you Kings Abbey Cabs.

I called the firm earlier today because I have an event on the 6th of this month which is tomorrow and I wanted to leave my place at half 6 to get to where I needed to go then for them to come back at half 11 to bring me home. They thought it was today! It’s the 5th not the 6th communication needs to be better. I booked my taxi tomorrow the 6th

Too expensive, didn't end up using them, and went to A149. The smaller cabbie firms seam to appreciate your custom, and they are slightly cheaper. I'm not saying Kings Abby are not good, I would use them, but it's normally as a last resort as its generally 20% dearer than other local cabbie firms

Taxi was 50 minutes late, after 20 min of waiting I tried ringing them and the driver, the driver answered and when I asked him where abouts he is as he’s 20 min late, he hung up and did that over and over again afterwards. When he arrived half an hour after that I complained about it and both my address and number GOT BANNED!!!

Booked a taxi for 8pm on a Sunday and still waiting for it at 8:30pm. Called the office to be told it was on its way at 10 past. Always late, never reliable.
