We stayed a week at 6 Howard Place for a guys golfing trip and the house was great. It is centrally located in St. Andrews, so we could easily walk for eating or shopping, and even walked with clubs to our tee time at Jubilee. We were all but one over 40 and at a stage of life where not having to share rooms was a huge plus. The house itself was comfortable and had a large living room on the first floor big enough to store golf bags and still have room for everyone to sit and relax. We used the kitchen little but it was nicely sized and we could have cooked meals had we wanted to. Parking was a little tricky and sometimes required circling the block a few times, but we always managed to find a spot relatively quickly. Kingask made the process easy with online booking, straightforward pricing and communication, and an easy check in/check out process. I would absolutely book the house again.

We recently rented the Kingask property at 6 Howard Place in St Andrews for almost 3 weeks with a total of nearly 40 guests visiting us for short stays. The house delivers on it's promise the location is perfect and 10 guests could share the house comfortably, not a single complaint. Kingask offers a friendly and professional service, very responsive and reliable.

Just completed a wonderful stay at 1 Howard Place. Very much as advertised. Beautiful townhome with enough space for 8 golfers, as long as 6 are good with doubling up. Lots of bathrooms. Spacious living room. Compact, well equipped kitchen. Great location with a five minute walk to practically everything in town including the first tee of the Old Course. Kingask management very responsive and accommodating to requests/questions. Small quibble would be providing more than one towel per person.

Booked Kilrymont View for a trip to St Andrews with our 2 small dogs. The property did not disappoint. Great open plan living area, everything required was provided for a weeks' self catering stay, beautiful bathroom, and bedrooms. Private secure garden for the dogs, and a drive to get car off road. Very well presented, clean and good quality furnishings. Great location, 10 mins walk to the beautiful East Sands beach, where you could walk to the harbour, castle and cathedral, then into town. Perfect location. Kingask were very helpful in the run up to our trip answering any queries I had. We didn't contact them whilst there as there were absolutely no issues. Lovely accommodation, and great company to deal with. Would definitely recommend, and would love to visit again. thank you.

Wonderful stay in a very well equipped and beautifully furnished property. Location was handy for everything in St Andrews, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a relaxing break, have booked several times with Kingask and been delighted on each occasion.

We stayed at the Wayfarer cottage. 5 minutes to the beach and 15 into St Andrews. Lovely comfortable cottage that was well equipped. The company kept us well informed.

Kingask is the very best property company in my opinion in St Andrews. Ellen the manager is very accessible in case of any issues.

1 Howard Place is the best for 8 guys. Very few short-term accommodations have 4 bathrooms. Also, only a 5 or less minute walk to the Old Course.

I highly recommend Kingask.

Stayed 5 nights with 4 adults. Location for golf is a 10+ Could not have been any better. Unit was perfect for our use. Large living rooms provided plenty of space for privicay. Check in was simple and everything was in working order. we would stay there again in a blink.
