One star is too generous. Very hard to work with, very slow. Wasting so much my time. I would not use them if not because of the agreement with my Uni.

I made an account 2 weeks ago and for some reason, I can't seem to be having access to my account. When I contacted customer service they first sent me an email informing me I had to reset my password to an email that didn't belong to me. When I told them the email didn't belong to me I was told Key travel was having issues with their data feed hence I was provided with the wrong credentials. Up until now, they have not fixed my issues and I even requested whether I could book my own ticket and request reimbursement from my department whilst they were fixing these issues but they refused this too. I am only using this service due to the agreement in place with my University otherwise I would never put my money into a service like this that breaches customer details and is frustrating to use.

Possibly as useless as the tories and certainly as overpriced! I have no idea why they claim to be first class and award winning. About as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Website is clunky and limited in options, if you call for assistance you will spend an hour on hold and be promised calls back that never arrive.

I’ve wasted literal hours trying to book through this poor excuse for a company and only half of the arrangements are sorted. I could have booked my trip direct in a matter of minutes.

For the love of god - companies please never use this company. Ever.

If the system followed no stars at all I would've given no stars. I don't understand where the positive rating comes from at all. It is impossible to cancel a booking with them in the refundable time frame once booking is made, impossible to speak to someone who can do more than just passing on the request, impossible to raise a complaint. If you are also forced to use this agency by your university, expect to be put on hold for 2 hours and then got hung up on, expect to be put on mute when you request to raise a complaint. Be prepared for getting extremely frustrated and time and money wasted!

I've been trying to arrange flights to Canada now for over 4 weeks. I for some reason can't add luggage on the Key Travel website. So I'm having to contact them via phone. I'm currently on a call lasting 1hr 37 minutes and no one has answered. I tried to call them twice yesterday, both calls lasting over an hour, so I eventually gave up. Don't use them! Unfortunately my University insist on us going through Key Travel, but it's an absolute waste of time, and they're more expensive!

I've used Key Travel extensively over the years. Pre-covid they did the job and were always helpful. I'm not sure what's gone on there since covid but they have been absolutely awful on every occasion I've used them recently. I'll be avoiding at all costs.

Absolutely atrocious service. I am trying to change a flight and have been on the phone for several hours. I have been put on different waiting list to speak with more senior advisors, given no case number, contradicting information, and dealing with employees who admit that they are temp workers and very inexperienced. It seems impossible to get someone on the line who is competent and can make actual bookings.

The worst service ever! Their customer service requires hours of waiting on the line. They should use their benefits to really higher more staff, it is embarassing how slow they are. I've never seen that before with anything. They are not flexible enough to allow you to book the flight services that the flying company offer. I have ot do it because of my work, otherwise I would never use them
