After being told by the holiday company Caledonian travel that we would have allocated seats throughout our holiday, we got to Gretna and while off the bus for a coffee break after travelling from Glasgow the driver removed my friend and my belongings and gave the seats to the new passenger's and we had to move . The following day on a trip out we found that the driver had told people to sit where they wanted this was after I had told him that I have autism and had been stressed about this move I had to find another seat. On the return journey home he again told people to sit were they wanted, as our hotel was the last pick up he told two passengers with mobility issues to find seats at the back of the bus as someone else were in there seats
I found his behaviour very unsatisfactory, and would therefore not recommend your company to any family or friends

Kevin's coaches supplied transport to and from my nieces wedding. Friendly and reliable drivers and were proffessional and accommodating to all our needs. Would highly recommend and will be using for all future travel needs.

We used Kevin's coaches as a rail replacement service from Edinburgh to Inverness. This was caused by a train cancellation but we arrived in Inverness slightly ahead of schedule and it was a lovely trip through the countryside.
Unfortunately I left my jacket in the luggage compartment of the coach and, since we were off to the Orkneys and thence to Fort William it took a while before we were home (in England). In the meantime they looked after my jacket and mailed it to me and it has just arrived. Thank you chaps, great service all round.

I just had the best experience on Kevin's coaches although I booked through caledonia ,the driver Joe was fantastic friendly and fun, he couldnt do enough for for me as I have a disability he lifted my walker in and out of bus ,also told everyone what number seat to sit on, although one lady wasnt happy about having to move seats but it was her friends fault as she was on bus before picking her up at another stop, so when the other couple came on at gretna they rightfully wanted to be on the seats they booked ,so once again thank you Joe and I will surely let people know about Kevin's coaches .

Rail replacement service, coach smelled of old urine and I wasn't even sitting near the toilet, smell was so bad people were actually fighting to sit at the front to be as far from the smell as possible
