A great camping site, one of the best CCC club has, been to nearly 50 of theirs and this one is in the top 5. We'll laid out, facilities spotless. Staff were fantastic friendly and helpful. There is a slight noise from the wind turbines but never really bothered us.

Very quiet campsite with plenty of grass pitches with ehu. The facilities are great and although situated between 2 massive wind turbines, I never heard a thing to disrupt my enjoyment. The Africa Alive park is just a 2 minute walk from the campsite entrance but with most of the animals being asleep all day, there was hardly any noise from their nocturnal habits. There's an easy bus service into Lowestoft from the main road and the coast is not very far if you want a walk. Staff very friendly and helpful with local info.

Great Campsite !
Booked in here for one night. My small tent and Motorcycle. Expensive @£22.50.
That said. Staff very friendly and helpful. On-site Free wifi. Ablutions modern and spor=tlessly clean. Loved the birds singing from the Zoo next door, and also the gentle wish of the wind turbines. At the entrance is a pub, and Indian. Both very good. The walk to the sea front is 25 minutes.
I will return.

Smashing site... lovely open green layout and peaceful atmosphere.
One tip to make it easier to find though, follow the directions and signs for the Africa Alive park which is next door. Follow the entry lane, and the campsite is at the end.
Quick drive or easy bus ride to Lowestoft and nice pub nearby. Add this to the very reasonable pitch fees and this place is a winner.

Meant to leave a review here a while ago, but here goes. This site was such a disappointment and mainly for one reason. If you go on a bank holiday you get absolutely rammed in. Compare it to the caravan and Motorhome site down the road and it's chalk and cheese (although getting in and out of that site is "interesting").
It's such a shame as greed spoilt our holiday a lot! Also if you have someone sleeping in an awning/tent, be prepared for a rather unusual dawn chorus from the parrots at Africa Live next door. 😬

I had to share how brilliant and welcoming Paul and Mary are at the Kessingland Club Site. In fact, the whole team deserves credit.

They are incredibly polite and friendly, creating a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

The site itself is immaculate—beautifully maintained and a pleasure to stay on. Thanks to the outstanding customer service from Paul, Mary, and the team, I’ve since joined as a member.

The Caravan and Camping Club should be proud to have such dedicated and caring people representing them. They are a real asset to the Club.

Just lovely, everything you’d want from a camping site. All grass by the way 👍🏻
Facilities are good and the water tastes like water should.

The best site we’ve been to!
Amazing staff with fantastic local knowledge, perfectly placed for everything you could need and immaculate.
We cannot fault our five night stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
PS- we parked up adjacent to the wind turbine and slept perfectly.
