My wife and I went for a day’s kayaking trip with Sam on the River Medway.
We had a fantastic trip under Sam’s watchful eyes and expert guidance.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable trip, we saw lots of birds like ducks, swans and even kingfishers. We went through 5 kayak shoots of varying steepness which was fun.
Halfway through the trip we stopped at a lovely spot for a picnic lunch.
The weather was kind to us and all in all we had a truly great time.
Sam is a polite and friendly person and fun to talk to.

Superb aladin's cave of canoe essentials, and canoes.
Pleasant, knowledgeable staff and seemingly well priced.
Managed to leave with just the specific item I had gone for but some dangerous ideas about another canoe...they even have a demonstrator for the particular model!

If I could give 10 stars I would, if I could give 100 stars I would! Absolutely 1st class customer service. I came in with my new (2nd hand) kayak that I had just bought, and he spent time with me outfitting it and adjusting everything for me. Customer service was above and beyond anything that I could have ever expected. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Went in with a vague idea of what we were looking for and the owner was more than happy to spend best part of 45 minutes answering questions and checking what we did/didn't know to ensure we made an informed decision.

We left full of new information and under absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. As such we will certainly be purchasing a couple of kayaks from them in the near future.
