We spent a weekend in Selsey last month at Tebay the van was tired although it stated everything you need in the van & instructions to leave it clean when we went in we found the fridge was unclean with left over food & freezer was iced up also with left over food items. The worktops & table were sticky (not been cleaned) vacuum cleaner full up not working properly & no spare bags & toaster well less said about that the better. The bedding in the single room was smelly on one on the beds. They really need to check the van after people leave before new arrivals we definitely won’t be going back there. On the up side the restaurant was great & food lovely & friendly staff.

DO NOT BOOK AVOID!! I booked 3 nights only stayed 2 nights due to the smell of cigarette smoke. I was going to have my kids stay there but they walked in then straight back out because of the smell. There was also mould on the nets and left over food in the cupboards. When I expressed my concerns via WhatsApp I was ignored then eventually had a response via email but they only blamed it on the cleaners and not took responsibility. Customer care is non existent now I’m being ignored by emails. Will be contacting seal bay as this caravan should not be rented out for health reasons. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING! Had to put one star to post my review!

Great caravan ,only thing we think would need improving would be a deep clean and general clean ,we spent £10/£15 for cleaning products to freshen things up ,other than that caravan layout is one of the best we have been in .

Lots of lovely reviews here, I've had one good experience and one bad experience staying with Kendall lettings. The bad experience was at Tebay Tranquility/ platinum which was quite run down and the oven/grill was unusable so we could not cook. I tried to contact Graham during our stay with no response. They emailed me for feedback after our stay and I replied with all the problems we had and again no response from them about our stay. Customer service is very much lacking.

My whole family enjoyed short weekend break at Kendall Caravan. Amazing location with loads of activity for kids and adults. Only point to consider by management is to make flexibility in day entertainment passes.

The caravan was excellent. Very modern with spacious rooms. Easy arrival and departure via key safe. Prompt professional service. Good communication by owners. Highly recommend this company and will use again in future. Every essential you require was on caravan for use. Great location for a holiday very good site.
