Amazing.
One word that sums up Katrina.
We tried selling our house with numerous high street estate agents, with no luck for at least 2yrs. Katrina sold it in 3months. At one point our original buyer dropped out and in 24hrs we had a new buyer secured.
Believe me when I say, you will not be disappointed with Katrina. From start to finish we had contact, we had advice, she kept us calm. She is not like your typical salesy agent, she is a person who generally wants you to get to your next goal (home).
You are not just another house to sell, she sees you, she hears you and she works with you.
I cannot recommend her enough and I cannot shout her praises loud enough.

Katrina assisted us on a purchase of a property in Braintree.From start to finish Katrina was extremely helpful with our purchase.She was transparent and informative throughout the process.

For some people selling a home is an exciting time, It can be a sign of positive change.

Our situation was slightly different and we were so fortunate we found Katrina to hand hold us throughout the process.

She was so patient, understanding and compassionate with us and definitely made a really tough time a little bit easier.

Katrina is everything and more you would want from an estate agent. She is determined, passionate and so enthusiastic. She not only sells your home but sells its potential.

We had experiences of other estate agents throughout our process and they certainly were a poor relation in comparison! She even ended up doing work for our buyer and their sale which their agent should have been doing!
