We have used this service twice. Our first time we booked the minibus for our collection from the airport.

Just got cut up at a junction, no indication either in Heathrow as the driver was so desperate for her McDonalds no one was getting in her way of her McMuffin meal.

Wouldn't make a booking with such uncourteous drivers, I'd rather walk.
