Booked in advance to make sure I had a taxi because its impossible to get taxi in aberdare lately!! Have not turned up and ignored my calls and txt so I will never use this firm again utterly disgusted with your ignorance

I will never use this company again. The driver asked if he could pick another up while my partner and children were in the cab.. and laughed when I said no. He proceded to moan when picking us up and said "it's you again" he asked to drop us at bottom of the hill as he couldn't be bothered driving up to which I said no. Never again will I give this company my money. Avoid at all costs

Booked a taxi and when we called to confirm the booking on the night, we were told there was no record of the booking and that were fully booked. Absolutely shocking service and ruined a birthday. So thanks!
