I received a Covid buster and flu jab at the same time. They charged me for the flu jab I think it should have been free. I left the place and fell flat on my face. A friend told they should have made me sit down for 20 mins. Of course its unscientific I cant say what caused the fall. But Im never going there again.

Brilliant and attentive staff always from the pharmacists to the dispensers they all are very pleasant to deal with, well stocked pharmacy and competitive pricing. Have been using them since I was a teenager and I'm 34 now. I've moved away from the area but still make a point of nominating this as my number one pharmacy and always go there to collect my medication. I will keep using them until they either close or no longer exist!

Always happy to help advise on best product to use for over-counter purchases. Staff are really friendly here and know their regulars well. Its lovely to see how neighbourly and respectful they are with the elderly customers, asking how they are, their pet, allotment or just talking about weather. For some thats the only interaction they get all day and staff always smile and chat nicely, not rushing them off to serve the next customer.

They can get very busy sometimes, but their organised and so I've never waited more than a few minutes to get what was needed.
When my father was on pallative care, we needed medicines which aren't regularly stocked and so as soon as it arrived, they delivered it to my door.

They also have plenty of beauty, hygiene and baby products and offer passport photo taking.

Genuinely an exellent service. I've been using them from many years now and I dont see myself ever going anywhere else. You can ask them any medical related questions and they will give you the attention you need. Very pleasant and hard working staff. Especially the lady at the till, Saleha. Her attention to customer service is on another level. You can tell that she puts a lot of determination into her work. Everyone at the pharmacy are always ready to help.

Dreadful experience.

Ignored when trying to pay for goods while they talked incessantly in another language to who i thought was another staff member. Couldn't tell who was who as they were having this long conversation in front of the counter and not wearing anything that could differentiate them from a member of the public.
When I said that I would like to pay for the goods, the female scowled and said I can pay when she finishes speaking with the 'customer.
Thankfully a young man from the back of the pharmacy must-have heard her response and came to serve me.
Never again, so disappointing.

Terrible service. During Covid epidemic and bank holiday denied help for my housemate that felt extremely dizzy and simply required some aid.
I have been directed to call practice or 111 for that which obviously is not an option during these times as all lines are occupied for serious matters.
Asked for a non prescription alternative that they said they all are prescription only. “I am not a regular “ - that was appalling to hear as an argument.
