Chris did the conversion on my 2023 VW T6.1 for its previous owner. When I purchased the vehicle Chris took time out to come and meet me and talk me through how everything worked. I decided I wanted my transporter converted into a camper van. I had no idea what was involved, costs, timescales and various options. Having spoken to so many people, spent hours searching on line it turned out around the corner in wigan where I’m from a local company specialising in exactly what I was looking for. Having met Chris and listened to his vast knowledge and experience we made the choice to let him convert. Wow, the attention to detail, the craftsmanship, finish, communication…. We are absolutely over the moon. Our expectations exceeded. Since looking at diy conversions and kits we made the right choice. The difference is chalk and cheese. Fabulous service! Chris Bamber from Kahuna Campers converted our VW T6 Transporter from an ex NHS Workhorse White Van into OUR dream camper. After visiting a few places we settled on Kahuna Campers to carry out the conversion on our T6 Transporter….
It was the best decision by far,Chris went through everything with us and explained the whole process. Nothing was too much as I kept on adding extra upgrades.
