Big thanks to DANISH for making our first life time journey for umrah so smooth and everything was on spot as it was explained and told by DANISH . Family of 9 and first time for umrah lots of confused and the stories of peoples about their bad experiences and bad seriveces provided by the Agents .. but we are lucky that we found DANISH believe me just came from umrah not gonna lie but DANISH was one call away through out the journey for anything from early check in to the hotels to excellent transportation and the best hotels with very good approach with mother and aunty on the wheelchair. And the list is going on and on .

I booked a 10-day Umrah package through Kaabah Tours for my parents, expecting a high standard of service with 4 to 5-star hotels as promised. The stay in Makkah was fine, but the experience in Madinah was a complete disaster. Instead of a 4 or 5-star hotel, they booked a hotel called Durrat ul Aiman, which was listed as a 3-star property on paper. In reality, it was nowhere near acceptable. From the moment my parents arrived, the room was extremely dirty—floors and surfaces were not cleaned at all over a four-day stay, and the bed sheets were stained with blood and hair. The bathroom ceiling was leaking, there was no toilet paper, and the room remained cold due to a lack of hot water. The poor hygiene and overall condition of the hotel left my parents feeling unwell, ruining what should have been a spiritual and memorable experience. For the price paid, this trip was far from what was promised, and I will never book with Kaabah Tours again.

Alhamdulillah have just returned from Umraah and would like to thank brother Taimoor for making our Umraah experience a memorable one.
