Stay away at all cost ! They will tell you a price/ quotation, once you accepted they will wait until the last moment or when its collected and then double the price knowing you are unable to refuse ! Two items they imported for myself and it was nothing but expense and stress you would not belive ! The first item was agreed and quoted at 500 pinds once booked and collected jumped to 1700 !The last item went from 1200 to nearly 2500 from Ireland to kent !and on the given delivery date they lied and missed the day of due date causing massive issues and expenses and waisting our time, we rebooked a week later ! With a AM delivery and didn't turn up till the afternoon! Had to pay a chap for a whole day for waiting and then when five of my pallets arrived out of the seven was blackmailed by the driver I needed to pay him a drink ! 30 pounds if I want the last two deliverd that day or I would have to wait until the following day ! Was told they would refund some money for all the stress and inconvenience! Guess what we have heard nothing back since ! They do not own any vehicles they sub out the work ! We will never use this company again and still be chasing for our refund! Stay well away!

My first shipment using K G Logistics (US to UK) and they did NOT disappoint. To be honest I was sceptical given the cost as this was my first shipment / experience using the company and I could not be happier.
I received my shipment today, the whole process from start to finish has been exemplary with prompt updates at every stage of the process. A big shout out to Matt, Lois and Anthony.
How refreshing to have such great service and cannot be under-estimated. I will definitely be using KG Logistics moving forward.

Extremely positive experience, competitive quotes and friendly service. Most importantly they are able to quickly resolve any issues regarding our imports from China and manage from Ex-W, FOB and anything in between. Delivery with taillift not a problem as well as timed delivery at a small extra cost. Highly recommend.

I came across K G Logistics online as my supplier in China was charging me high prices for shipping, and so I decided to look elsewhere and get my own quotes. Having never used a freight company before, I didn't really know how it worked / how easy would be, but straight away I knew I was in good hands with Lois, Anthony and Olivia. I have used this company about 5 times now and each time, each one of them have made the process so straight forward for me, delivered promptly and given great customer service. Recently, I was having trouble with my suppliers but they deal with it with professionalism and got the issue sorted on my behalf. Thanks guys, I will definitely continue to use K G Logistics and would recommend to anyone looking for a professional freight company with friendly staff and great rates.

I had to arrange a for the shipment of a large purchase from the US to the UK. K G Logistics were fantastic from start to finish. I was a complete novice and had no knowledge of importing/shipping goods. At each stage the team at KG were eager to assist, and their communications were always timely and informative. i would definitely recommend.
