Tanya and her team always give a great service, we wouldn't use anyone else. We have been using them since we moved to Eastbourne 5 years ago and their service is consistent. This weekend our flight was delayed by 4 hours and Tanya communicated with us and let us know where to meet her before our flight took off which certainly put us at ease .. Always on time to collect, friendly and varied payment methods which is so helpful, pricing is competitive and the team are aware always of any problems on the road before and during your journey and are confident with their other routes if needed

We have used JTS many times for both Gatwick and Heathrow journeys. We have been lucky enough to have the boss drive us a few times and she is the best, but all of the drivers we have had are totally professional and drive to a good standard.

Communication is brilliant and they keep a constant watch on your flight to make sure someone is there to pick you up. (As evidenced on our last flight back from Dublin which was delayed for over three hours)

We have no hesitation in recommending JTS for any long journey.

We have been using JTS for the usual airport runs and other longer distance 'wait and return' trips for around 8 years now, solo trips, trips with luggage and being exhausted from travel. We can sit back and relax, trusting that Tanya and the team have it all in hand. They'll keep you updated on schedules and traffic in advance, never any surprises.

Pricing is competitive and no messing around either. What else to say...On time, reliable, courteous, and knowledgeable - the team of drivers are all great personalities and very professional in their driving styles. It's reassuring to see their level of attentiveness on the road, it just makes the whole experience less stressful, especially if you are anxious about getting to your destination on time. All are experienced drivers in their own right, they know the back roads if they have to take them. This all counts for a lot when they often know more about your pickup and drop off points and let you in on the things to remember!

We have used jts many times over the years and never been let down. They rescued us the other day when we were left stranded at Heathrow when the car booked through the cruise company turned up with too smaller car to take luggage. Brilliant company, don't bother with anyone else.

Absolutely amazing! The most reliable travel taxi company I have ever used. Have used them for the last 6 or more years. Very communicative....just tell them when you need to be there ....they do the rest. Holiday starts from closing the front door!

Our first time with Just Travel. They arrived on time in the early hours. Our driver was courteous and loaded our luggage. The journey was quick and uneventful, arriving at Gatwick on time. We are still on holiday as I write this but I'm confident our return home will be as easy. I would thoughley recommend this company.
