We have had the best time here today. Always so much fun for my 7 year old who I booked 90 minutes for and then when that run out she asked for another hour as she was still having such a great time. Love the music and disco lights and the service was fantastic. We were served by Josh who was so happy and kind and went above and beyond.

We had a great time at a dedicated special needs session at AirHop Jump during spring half term. It was quite busy, but it felt like there was enough space for everyone. My son enjoyed the trampolines but also the inflatable slides and ladders. It wasn't really cold like it is at some trampoline parks and there were lots of places to sit, and a soft play section. The staff were friendly. There were two trampolines which had signs on saying keep off as they were damaged, but the staff were cool about the fact that the kids with additional needs couldn't understand why they couldn't jump there. It was nice and relaxed. There aren't that many activities kids with additional needs can do during the holidays so we are really grateful for places like this that cater especially for our kids! Thank you.

4 children between 6 and 11 and they all love it here!! 1hr of climbing and 1 hr jumping - Fab way for the kids to burn off energy. Staff are all really helpful to which is a bonus. Special thanks to Josh too for all his help!

Thank you so much to everyone at Jump In Esher that made our charity event such a huge success! Charlie was super helpful when booking the event. I can’t thank Megan enough for everything she did for us on the day. Megan and Edward made checking in 40 people for socks and wristbands amazingly easy and calm. Josh was fantastic at getting everything into the party rooms, organising the food and very patient when it was time for us to leave. We really had such a great time- the activities are fun and there is so much space it never felt over crowded. 10/10 for family takeover at Jump In!!

We ended up here because they appear when you search for Flip Out, but it was a big mistake. Since we’ve been to Flip Out before and already had their grip socks, we didn’t think we’d need to buy new ones. But apparently, Flip Out’s socks—which actually have a larger grip area—are “unsafe,” while AirHop’s flimsy ones, which constantly fall off, are somehow fine? My nephew even lost his, proving how poorly designed they are. This just feels like a blatant cash grab.

On top of that, their belly slide is downright dangerous. My nephew got hurt using it, and it’s clear there’s little thought given to safety. We definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and fair trampoline park experience.

Way too busy to be enjoyable. It’s a shame they sell more tickets than they have space for. I also think that £9 for an under 2 to crawl around the very limited soft play area is daylight robbery when you have already paid for 2 children to ‘Jump’. The teenagers employed to run he place offer no customer service or even a smile as they ask your 18th the old where his wristband is 🙄

We have been to the Toddler Takeover several times and my little one loves it. It has been nice and quiet when we’ve attended (I imagine it would be a bit manic during busy periods).

I like how they have a focus on safety, with the video and the staff watching to check people are being safe.

There are plenty of trampolines for the toddlers to use and they have other attractions to keep them entertained.
I particularly liked the blue slides. You need to climb up to access them, which is great for their development and I was impressed with how steep the slides themselves were.

Personally, my little one was more engaged in the soft play than the trampoline area but that’s what’s so great - you pay one price and they can go wherever they like.

They also have lockers that the staff can access for you (for £2) if you’re worried about leaving valuables on the tables.

First time goers, bear in mind that you need to purchase specific socks to use but you only need to pay the once (as long as you don’t lose them).

Jump In Esher is really reasonably priced and makes for a great morning of exercise to tire little ones out!

Pretty impressed with the venue itself tbf, you're hit with how big everything is as you walk into the main arena, yes, our young kids loved it!
Complete chaos, of course, with hundreds of kids running amok and no one above the age of 18 working there.
My kids attended a party, and was very nicely setup. However, as I predicted ahead of going, our entire household (and many of the party attendees) are now struck down with the Flu - and boy is it bad, and it's cost me £££ in missed nursery fees and lost salary. 🤢🤮
