I cannot praise the Umrah services of Jumbo Travel highly enough. We had a very specific customised itinerary that needed repeated to and fro with Sadiq Uncle to get exactly to our requirements. He was incredibly patient and made many extremely helpful suggestions based on his long experience of Umrah and Hajj.

The whole 14 days from beginning to end went extremely smoothly without any issues. The local (Bangladeshi) partners in Saudi Arabia that Jumbo Travel use, Hafiz Monsur bhai in Makkah (who met us at the airport) and Fakhrul bhai in Madinah, were exceptional in their patience, support and hospitality. We made long side trips to Taif and Badr with them and they were a joy to spend time with. Very knowledgeable and importantly very good human beings.

We have been going to Saudi Arabia since 1975 and have been blessed and fortunate to have many memorable visits. But we have to say this most recent one with Jumbo Travels was stand out joyous and a rewarding spiritual and educational experience. By the Grace of God it was flawless.

We are planning to go again next year, Insha’Allah.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Jumbo Travel UK LTD. The main tour guide Kamrul and team from madinah/makkah ( Fokrul, Mizan & Monsur) were very friendly, caring and accommodating. They are also very knowledgeable so I learnt so much on our excursion trips which I will be forever grateful for, it was a life changing experience. I loved the choice of hotels in both madinah and Makkah as they were local and within walking distance of the mosques. They adjusted to any mishaps that occurred in schedules and tried their best to give us a wonderful experience. I hope to revisit next year with Jumbo Travel!
