Having overlooked the fact I required an MOT urgently whilst away from home I managed to book it in at JP Sibley despite them being very busy.Unfortunately it failed MOT but they bent over backwards to help me out by fixing the issue and getting it through.So top marks for helping me out 10/10 .Great garage and good value for money 👌Thank you.

I received really fantastic service from this garage. An engine warning light came on whilst I was visiting family in the area and they were able to fit me in at short notice to run a diagnostic test. Scott was friendly and straight forward with the issue with the car. I’d recommend this garage - they were honest and trustworthy.

Traveled down to Devon on holiday and car broke down… ( blown turbo hose)Having no knowledge of any reputable local garages I was recommended this garage. Called on Saturday and my car was repaired on the Tuesday. It would have been repaired Monday, however, they had to order in the part. Thanks to Scott and the team for repairing with such short notice. Top garage !

I had to sell my car for medical reason, it had been very well looked after and when Scott came to see it he liked it very much and said he would like to buy it from me. Took my car for an MOT and service, took them a week to carry this out and when I called to chase I was met with a rude woman who tried to tell me it had been ready for days but I could see online they hadn’t registered the mot so either a miscommunication or a lie. When I collected my car they told me they “didn’t have time to do the service”. Also my EML was on with an apparent fault with the DPF, a regen didn’t fix this and all I was told is that it would need to be sent off for analysis and it’s expensive, waited 2 weeks for a quote, nothing. Call them to remind them they said they’d be in touch with a quote, again nothing. Ended up taking it Seymour’s, 1 hour later I was informed all of the DPF issues was down to a split in the inter coolant pipe, a very common and easy to fix problem that causes DPF codes. How Sibley’s didn’t think or know to check this makes me wonder how skilled they actually are, along with the shoddy customer service, messing me around for months and not even servicing the car that I had booked in makes a 1 star review very generous.
