Quite simply one of the most rewarding, enlightening and fabulous trips that we have ever done! Andrew and the excellent team at Journey Into Africa looked after our every need, before during and after the trip - full points for patience! The camps were brilliant, food excellent, and our drivers, guides and camp staff could not do enough for us, and were all so knowledgeable! And, of course, Tanzania delivered with animals, birds and spectacular landscapes.
Thank you for making this truly a trip of a lifetime! We will be back!!!

Going to Africa and on a safari has been a dream of mine since the age of 12. Fast forward 52 years, and this year I went to Tanzania with Journey to Africa, after Andre Beckett was very highly recommended by a friend. My trip was everything I expected and much more. Andrew’s knowledge of Africa and the areas we visited were so impressive. Everything was arranged immaculately, to the camp ground, the game drive, the food and all the transportations between each camp. Our two drivers, Victor & Henry were the kindest, nicest people anyone can encounter. Andrew made sure at each steps, that everyone was well taken care of, and went above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s needs. I can’t imagine going back to Africa and not using Journey to Africa. It’s simply the BEST.

What a trip! If you are looking for a superbly organised safari with memorable interaction with Tanzanians of many different tribal origins, Journey Into Africa is the company to go with. As a group we were catered and cared for by friendly and attentive staff with an eye for the little details which were very appreciated. Everyday brought its share of wonders, scenery and wildlife in astonishing variety. That said, without the eagle eyes of our guides, we would have missed alot. Andrew, Soloman and Mohamed miss nothing!

A safari was my husbands idea of a dream holiday, not mine, I went along safe in the knowledge that this was going to be the worst 2 weeks of my life. So, no one is more surprised than me that I am giving Journey Into Africa and Andrew Beckett a 5 Star Review.

The safari in Tanzania was absolutely brilliant, great fun and very well organised. Andrew, his drivers and all the staff at our various locations in Tanzania could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

The scenery and animals are stunning and it was a privilege to see the animals in their natural environment. I was amazed at the beauty and vastness of it all.

It wasn't all about animals and birds as we had enjoyable and fascinating visits to local tribes and a local school.

Excellent accommodation throughout the trip. Ensuite camping with showers ticked so many boxes for me! All the food was freshly prepared, delicious and plentiful.

Andrew and his team obviously love their work and they have a wealth of knowledge about both the country and the wildlife.

Every day was busy but so well run that the only thing required of us was to get up in time for breakfast, then relax and enjoy the day ahead..........hakuna matata.
