Really like Jon Brambles and his team. We sold our family home with Jon Brambles, they found a buyer within the first few viewings, I was a little disappointed at first because the property sold for £20k under the value but realised very quickly they had advised us on the correct decision. Houses were not selling fast in our area (some houses had been up for a very long time) and the buyers we got were great, I’m glad we took their advice and sold when we did. The conveyancing team they suggested to us (of 3 options) was outstanding and made the process so easy to understand for young sellers like ourselves. Jon was honest and great on the original viewing, he made suggestions of what to do and not to do to save time and effort for us, where other agents were telling us we had to do large amount of work and other things in order to sell the house at the same valuation.

Jon Brambles Estate Agents are fantastic and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. The whole team is great - Jon, Sue, Gemma and Vicky are all uberproffessional and were superhelpful with anything I was asking them about, even the most unusual requests as the process of buying and selling was not without it's complications. Someone is always available on the end of the phone or an email. Their confidence was reassuring and I can't thank them enough for their input in making it all as smooth as they could. Exceptional service – a knowledgeable, highly competent and friendly team who really took the time to listen and work with us on the sale of our property. Jon introduced us to the idea of sale by auction - not something that we had considered but, after chatting us through the process, we decided to give it a go. Jon Brambles did the viewings, and potential buyers bid online through the auction house, Pattinsons, website. Once accepted, the buyer put down a deposit. The auction house and estate agent fees are paid by the buyer. All we paid for was our solicitor. It all went very smoothly with regular communications from both the auction house and Jon Brambles, so we felt informed and considered throughout the process.

We would highly recommend using Jon Brambles Estate Agents for property sales.
