My son has been holidaying with Jollydays for a few years now. Everything from booking,communication,the pick up/drop off, the actual holiday including all meals and the staff are brilliant. He gets very excited about going and comes back from his holidays very happy and eagerly waits for the next years holidays brochure to 'land on the mat'. It also gives myself and my husband much needed respite and we know that our son will be cared for by this professional caring company. Thank you.

We have been enjoying Jollydays holidays for 6 years now! 3 holidays a year!
My son absolutely loves the holidays and it provides me with respite that I can completely rely on.
My son has been to Florida and Blackpool and absolutely everything in between! Luckily they always have a mix of old favourites as well as new adventures and at a range of budgets. Something for everyone!

The holiday itself was easy to book. Pick up was straight forward, & staff seemed friendly.. On return, a lot of money was unaccounted for, & a 5 inch friction mark on the neck of my PWS, had no incident report. When I called up to ask their policy, as I had to report things my end, I was met by very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional people. When a holiday coats what it does for all the activities etc, then where does the extra £200 cash go? No one could tell me what the money had been 'spent' on! The friction mark on neck was a few days old, but there was no report on this. My client also came back with a third of clothes untouched, but had been packed daily clothes for the 6 day trip. My client changes clothes at least 3 times a day, & can't believe would be happy to wear same clothes every day. Have used this company before, and had no issues, but will not be using them again after this last experience with them.
