Had my car serviced here and the whole process was refreshingly simple. I reached out via email and got prompt, helpful responses throughout. They offered a courtesy car for a small fee, which made things much easier for me. There was a staffing issue on the day, so the promised car wash couldn’t be done—but they’ve said they’ll honour it later, which seems fair enough. Overall, a smooth experience with good communication and practical support.

Kirk was absolutely fantastic during the purchase of my new car. He is friendly, clear and personable. Nothing was too much trouble. The car was an excellent price and we felt very well looked after.

The other staff were also very helpful when I left my sunglasses behind after a test drive!

Mixed feelings regarding service experience on 15/09/2025. Was quoted £299 for a service on my Ranger which I booked in for a Monday two weeks in advance. The Friday afternoon before the service, I was contacted stating a mistake had been made and the actual cost would be £369 which I opposed, and subsequently got an email confirming £299 for the Monday.
Arrived at the Service Centre at 08:00 and was told by a very rude chap at the counter that the price would be £369 whether I liked it or not. Being over a barrel, I had no choice other than to carry on and have the service done.
The service itself appears to be fine, and was provided a great video on the condition of the vehicle.
I was a bit disappointed that no one picked up that I had an amber warning on my DPF for weeks and no option to sort it out.

I went in on the 12th September because my car broke down in August and this dealership was responsible for the repairs. However I went in on this day to find out what was going on with the car. The staff were rude and dismissive of my concerns. They told me that it was my fault why the issues occurred. I am motobility customer I have no car they have billed me for the internal problems that were not my fault. The car has not been fixed. I need this issue addressed ASAP as I don't have any transport.

A very disappointing experience. Having bought the car from this dealership and spending a considerable amount of money I decided to use them to service the car. I don’t think I’ve ever been more annoyed. An air vent had broken so I asked for it to be replaced under warranty, nope. I asked them to enable to autolocking, nope.

Neither my car, money or I will step foot in this dealers again. No going the extra mile with this bunch!

I had an absolute terrible day dealing with this branch.
Booked an MOT and service for the morning which they did without any problems. But for some reason they didn't do it till late in the afternoon. I dropped it off at 8:30 which what I was told but then couldn't collect it till well after 5pm. Completely unorganised management by this branch which makes them look incompetent or lazy when dealing with customers.
Will never use this branch again or even any other using ford's name.

Waited over 5 minutes standing at reception, to be ignored by staff, only after I approached a rep did I manage to be served. Whole team of reps were in the office behind the reception desk. Interesting sales tactics....
