Just returned from our 2nd holiday booked with Joe - we did a cruise and stay in Caribbean and during our 2nd week at the hotel we hadn't been given our transfer details and I was struggling to find out who to contact. Email to Joe who responded very quickly with all the details we needed - something we wouldn't have gotten so easily if we had booked with the 'big boys'. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joe, he works extremely hard to ensure he gets you the best deal but it's not just the monetary side of the holiday it's the direct personal service that is invaluable. I actually first came across Joe When questioning him why I would use him
over going direct with Jet2 for what I saw as not that a significant saving.
Joe explained what he could do then the pandemic hit.
I watched closely as others struggled to speak to folk they had booked with , fobbed off and loosing money .
Joe on the other hand was giving answers , answering calls and getting people refunds or re booking holidays .
I decided to book a holiday even unsure if it would go ahead but secure in mind I wouldn’t loose out.
The holiday went ahead and I got an extra day free of charge . If not Joe the main office are always available for any questions or doubt and they answer straight away.
Holiday , forms , tests , airports and flights are nothing to be concerned about even some aspects are better and calmer.
I won’t hesitate in booking with Joe again and will even recommend him.
