Do not trust this company. They are taking your money to upgrade the flight upfront and later date they will change your flight to lowest level you can get. Hotel are good but they give you lowest rooms when you check in and when you ask for better room they are not helpful. do not trust this company. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR VACATION.

Scammers. Intra-country flights were included in the package, but they booked those with my credit card. That adds $275 to the cost. More lies every time I reach out for a refund

My parents and their friends booked a trip with Jet Line. Jet Line changed their flights from Mallorca to Madrid a few days prior to the trip. They originally were to land in Madrid in the early afternoon, so my parents booked tours for late afternoon in Madrid (on their own, because Jet Line didnโ€™t book tours). But with Jet Line rescheduling the flight (without warning) to now arrive in Madrid at 8:30 PM, it threw a wrench in their plans. This change would have also cut the time they had to explore Madrid significantly (from 2 full days to just 1 full day).

Jetline refused to rebook to the original flight, so my parents had go pay out of pocket for airfare on the original flight.

FYI - booking flights and hotels on your own is much cheaper than booking through Jet Line. Google Flights and Google Maps will help you find the cheapest and best options.

I would stay away from this company at all costs. I highly do NOT recommend.

Whatever you do, donโ€™t book with this company! If it seems too good to be true, it definitely is with this company. If you like paying more than advertised and more for a shorter flight time and still end up with budget flight times then go ahead book it. If you like not having communications, flight information, lodging information until 48 hours before you leave, be my guest.
If you like having to constantly contact a representative to check in or obtain a boarding pass, feel free to give them your money. If you like not having a boarding pass when you fly into Istanbul on your way to Naples and routed into security have at it.
If you like waiting in the cold dark for 30 minutes in a foreign country for a ride to your hotel, and being dropped off at the bottom of a inclined driveway up to your lodging with all your luggage by all means book with them. If you like having tours change dates and times, and not be able to enjoy your experiences to the fullest then please consider booking with jetline holidays. From now on I will scroll right past their special prices, and warn everyone not to book with them.
The best things about this trip were not from Jetline.

Jetline Holidays/Elegant Getaways deserve 'Zero' stars!

I received a terrible service and now I have to escalate my complaint to the authorities, and contact TravelZoo and my bank to get my money back. This is stress that I could well do without and a birthday trip was RUINED!

Their system allegedly crashed mid-payment, flights were booked without the accommodation (for a package deal), and there were language difficulties when speaking with the agents.

This has been a truly awful experience, and I would treat any recent positive comments that you find on any review sites with a great degree of scepticism.

Dealing with these people is a nightmare. We were stranded for a night on our vacation from the complete fault of the travel agency due to the travel agency never sending our voucher to the hotel. We were left without a hotel, had all our baggage with us, told to book one on our own and we will be reimbursed. It has been a month we are still fighting to be paid, getting the runaround from people who can't seem to respond to emails and waiting for answers.
We paid for a night in a hotel we didn't receive, had to pay extra out of pocket for another hotel, and still aren't being reimbursed. Not to mention I was also charged over 100 USD from my cell phone carrier because this agency would call me, put me on hold for over an hour on the promise of rebooking a hotel, which they ultimately never did. Rose, Rick and Kyle are among those useless staff responsible for this nightmare.

Booked a holiday with this company and then read the reviews and was really worried but it was all fine. They were easy to communicate with and very friendly so I donโ€™t understand all the negative reviews at all.

Beware of hidden costs in package deals. The customer service is totally non existent. Totally misrepresented deals on Travelzoo. This company needs to be reported. ABTA membership withdrawn. You don't have to look to far for negative comments and poor reviews. This is a shocking company to deal with and we have not even travelled yet. Save your money and book with a reputable business.
