I have been on two cruise and stay packages. The first was to San Francisco, train across America, sail on QM2 New York to Southampton. It was excellent. Very reasonable and yes you do need to think because it's not all done for you e.g. some transfers, but it's easily doable.
The second was a stay in Las Vegas and a Mexico cruise. Fantastic value and all worked smoothly.
So great value for money but study the itinerary and book in any transfers needed ahead of time that aren't included.
The way they work suited us. We will be booking again.

Please do not book with this company. Documents arrived less than a week before departure. We had no idea of timings etc. Hotel at first resort was very nice but certainly not for anyone unable to climb stairs and was at least 40 minute walk from centre. Train transfers were booked without any realisation that 15 minutes change over was pushing it! We ran to a platform 3 floors below and had 40 seconds spare before the train left! The next train was 5 hours later after ship had sailed had we missed it! Someone unable to run and without prior knowledge of the station layout would never have made it! Lots of additional costs and rude comments when queried, seats luggage etc on flights. Transfer from the port to airport 11 hours before flight so incurred a further £80 on a later transfer. It’s all put together on a wing and a prayer!!! Luck rather than professionalism. I think it’s all just scrambled together to get a package. Stick with a proper travel agent. Found out at the time of travel they are no longer in ABTA! Don’t do it!
Really are a despicable unprofessional company. After agreeing final transfer wasn’t good and company refused later pickup Jetline said would pay for an alternative transfer but now we are home said no to refund!! Don’t risk booking with them.

This Company is a complete joke. Every phone number they give to contact them are not answered. Booked them through the Daily Mail, will be in contact with the Mail to complain how we have been treated by this Company.

Cheap holidays but that is where it stops. Do not use if you have mobility issues, the company provides zero support, response times extremely poor and totally non existent customer service if things go wrong. Totally misrepresented holiday and the company do not care in the slightest. Please research reviews before booking.

We booked the US Music Capitals Express and Carnival Caribbean cruise and had a fabulous time. Gemma, Emma and Samuel were very helpful and flexible, and adjusted the trip where possible to suit our needs. The structure worked perfectly, despite a small mishap with one of the hotels which we eventually sorted. It is a package with a lot of independence which is exactly what we wanted. We would certainly recommend Jetline and I'm a bit surprised by all the negative comments. It is very clear what is included in the price and what is not.

Great company until something goes wrong! Booked a multi centre holiday with internal flights. We had to pay a baggage fee for our internal flights even thought luggage was meant to be included. Jetline said this should not have happened.
1 year later and we are still waiting on a refund for baggage charges!!

Had a cruise to Hawaii booked for January, paid deposit, spoke to Frank after all the chaos in Hawaii and asked if I could switch to different package, was told to email and shouldn’t be a problem. Phoned after I had emailed and waited over the 72 hours reply promise (auto email) to be told I needed to have a cll back from the person who booked it (what a load of codswallop). Waited for call back which I didn’t receive so phoned again, funnily enough I didn’t have to quote my booking number as the woman that answered knew it already (must have been the same one that told me I had to wait for a callback) Funnily enough she told me I couldn’t switch as different cruise company and if I wanted to cancel I would have to email again! Absolutely shambolic, never have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional and unhelpful person. My advise don’t use this company as half the time when you call you immediately get put on hold with dodgy music for 10 minutes and then when you do get to speak to someone all they say is you have to email, total disregard for “Acts of God” . My advice book direct with company you’re cruising with atleast you’ll stand a chance! Definitely don’t go with their packages as when I priced it myself after booking I could have got much better flights and cost the same!

I have used this company a view years ago and the difference in customer service compared to now is like night and day!
Due to go on a cruise in 8 weeks time. Still have not received flight details from them and I need to book adjoining flights to get us from London to Northern Ireland. Booking anything at short notice will be very expensive. Several phone calls to a call centre obviously thousands of miles away have left me more frustrated that no one can answer my query. Person who originally booked the cruise no longer works for them. Inevitably a victim of the pandemic and could have lost her job because of that. Jetline are either having trouble booking competent staff or have gone for the alternative option of using a call centre abroad. If I could get some sort of a refund now I would but the chances of that are very unlikely. In summary ..... avoid this company.
