I am really satisfied with Jet2, booked a package holiday with them, everything was great, flight was on time, unlike other budget airlines, the price was already included checked luggage which made it easy to bring liquid toiletries (if carry in hand language only limited to 100ml per bottle). The flights were on time, seats are comfortable. We had pre-booked in-flight meals, it was tastier than I expected. We had private transfers both ways between airport and hotel, drivers were on time and polite, the car is comfortable and big enough for our family of 4. Upon arrival, it was easy to find the Jet2 staffs at the arrival hall, they were friendly and helpful. My experience with jet2 holiday is great, would love to book again.

Judith was very kind, patient and helpful with our big party of 12 adults and 4 children whilst checking in.

After hearing it was my aunties 60th birthday she quickly went and wrote her a card 🥹

Thanks Judith for all your help and the staff on board who opened a bottle of Prosecco for my auntie to celebrate her birthday!!!

Smooth check in

Nice plane interior and comfortable Journey.

The whole holiday pacakge and transfers were well planned and guided

Staff always friendly from my own personal experience. Seating on planes are more spacious than Ryanair, Wizzair etc.. Decent choice on the menu. Reasonable prices.

I hate flying to be clear from the start. But the level of professionalism from the staff, the flight etc from the start made my flight from Stansted to Dubrovnik a better experience. Easy to check in. At Dubrovnik the Jet2 staff directing us to our transfer taxi was superb. Return flight was adjusted to clear the storms and we got home 20mins earlier! Cheers Jet2. Booked already for next holiday.

Check in at Stansted was friendly, warm welcome a good start for a work trip.

On board service wasn't fantastic, the crew were not the best. needed some customer service training. Food&Drinks were okay for the money.

Seats were very uncomfortable, storage wasn't great.
I was expecting better after all the fuss that's made of Jet2.
It's a charter / low budget offering
Would I fly again only if it's a work trip. I'd not take my family

Super helpful staff, friendly. Great experience. Highly recommend Jet2. Also want to compliment Sandra, who was working late on a Friday night, helpful and saved me time / hassle, the main reason for the 5 star rating.
