Lovely comfortable apartment, fully equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The apartment was warm,cosy and quiet which was exactly what I needed while working in the area. Jay was great at communicating and dealing with any enquiries. Would definitely recommend booking this place.

Great apartment in a nice neighborhood. Everything is new and super clean. I can really recommend a stay in Jay's accommodation. Also, he's super supportive and gave us great recommendations for eating.

what a brilliant value for money stay (the word value makes it sound budget and no frills, when in fact it actually exceeded all our expectations and was a very high quality stay)
- easy check-in and host (Jay) was contactable and was prompt in guiding us as well as good pre-booking communication with Jay via their website
- everything nice and new and spotless throughout and the apartment was beautifully arranged and prepared for our visit, even the table was set!
- vac, iron, clothes airer everything you would need, kettles toasters, pots pans etc all new
- everything was of a high and modern quality. furniture, fittings, lighting
- lovely clean carpets and flooring
- i did take some work with me and good desk and chair setup for work and fast wifi
- beds and bedding were all comfy, blinds did a decent job of blocking out most of the light and no noises from neighbours
- it had all the little things you would need to save you having to run to the shop for something you would only use a tiny amount of... e.g. salt, sugar, coffee, tea, spices, extra virgin olive oil, sponges, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, toilet rolls, cling film, foil even toothpaste and ketchup/mayo! This was all a massive help compared to many holiday lets which sometimes have hardly anything provided
- fantastic home entertainment setup with surround sound and excellent tv and leather recliner sofa.
- lovely clean balcony and again new furniture
- the allocated parking space was visible from the balcony which was nice
- excellent power shower
- One of the drinking glasses broke and Jay was very understanding about this too
- good restaurants and grocery/minimarkets within a 1 to 3 minute walk
- electric car parking on site and a higher speed fast charge point within a 1 minute walk too

our only dislike in my view was that there was no lift and the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs. This was minor as they were only small flights of stairs, if that matters to you.

final words... just book it! brilliant stay and I am already recommending to others. Thank you Jay. We hope to book with you again in the future
