Joanne carried out an assessment recently on my (very anxious) 17 year old daughter. She provided me with helpful information prior to assessment, and the report that followed afterwards was very comprehensive. She kept us both well informed at all stages before, during and after the assessment.

Joanne was kind and professional at all times with both myself and my daughter, and put us both at ease.
