Booked a taxi for 12:30am. No sign of the taxi waited till 12:45am still no sign, so decided to ring up and see where it was no answer. Continued to ring and eventually after several tries just continued to go to voicemail. Not very happy as that was the only way home as all other taxis were booked

Excellent company. Reliable, prompt and most of all honest. The driver was lovely and professional. After being ripped off by another company, who took advantage of us being holidaymakers, this was a refreshing change. Thank you.

Ordered a taxi then realised I had my app mixed up. Completely forgot to cancel. Lady turned up, I explained and paid yet still got a mouthful telling me I was wasting their time. Clearly I wasn't they got paid for a service they did not give. Then I had a lady from the company ring me also very rude telling me I'm wasting their time as I was a no show ( driver put me through as no show) no need in the mouthful I received and no masks worn by driver. Will not be using again.

I have been let down by them on a number of occasions. If there is a more lucrative fair available the driver will sometimes tell the office that he arrived at the stop but there was nobody there. This happened to me today. Some of the drivers are great, but some are not nice people.

Not really a complaint with the service as there was no service to complain about that was the issue. Rang for a taxi several times one evening and it just rang through. With so few people using the taxi services due to covid the firms are employing less taxis. Obviously sods law everyone will ring at the same time after the rugby say and your going to enviably let people down. Covid is affecting us all.

Ive never been overly disappointed about taxi service before til today! Phoned 8:45am to book a taxi , operator said 9am taxi wl be there. I waited and waited and waited by my DOOR. Comes 9:23 i phoned them up to follow up, operator said there was a mini bus that knocks on my door 5 minutes ago!! Bloody hell! I was by the door waiting and nobody ever knocked ! Not only did i miss my train , the operator never said he is sorry . Tsk tsk! What a service!

When you book a taxi to arrive at a certain time an hour in advance, you kinda don't expect to be waiting in the rain for it to arrive...
Oh and when you ring up to ask where it is, you get told 'its on its way', so you wait a further 15 minutes then ring up again to ask where it is to only be hung up on.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, plus the taxi driver absolutely STINKS.

Defiantly wouldn't book with them as they have been unreliable a few times and rude when you ring to ask where the taxi is when it should be there.
