Thank you to the Janaway Team once again for organising a totally amazing trip for our family to Vietnam
So many great suggestions and beautiful hotels with seamless arrangements and transfers.
We stayed all over the north of the country and were blown away by this beautiful country, gorgeous people and delicious food. We booked quite last minute and Jane and Jo just nailed it with a really set of options.

Just back from an amazing trip to India planned by Jane. Would highly recommend her and Janaway. The trip was tailor made - we had some fixed ideas of what we wanted but Jane and the local agent also made helpful suggestions. The local guides were all brilliant and the hotel recommendations for each city were spot on. Would definitely book with them again.

Janaway Travel is amazing. My wife and I are from Sydney, Australia and have only been in London for a day. We want to maximise our time here and Janaway Travel was recommended, and we certainly know why. At Janaway Travel the travel consultant was brilliant. She planned our trip to Paris, gave us great advice, looked for the best arrangement of days and times to maximise our stay, but minimise our spending and get the most out of everything we purchased. Her communication and efficiency really impressed me. Nothing was too much trouble and extra help and advice was freely given. You would not regret booking any tours, accommodation or holidays through them. I can’t recommend them highly enough and I’m so thankful I went there.

Would highly recommend Janaway Travel. They planned the perfect trip to Thailand for us.
First stop Bangkok with a tour guide for the 3 days. The tour guide was amazing, I think we saw everything in Bangkok. She even took us to the airport and checked us in for our next flight - could get used to this kind of service 😀
Next stop Elephant Hills - WOW what a place this is. If you go Thailand this place is a must.
Final stop was a beautiful beach resort in Khao Lak.
Everything was perfect, we didn’t have to worry about anything. Will definitely be booking our next adventure with Janaway Travel.

I ran into this office stressed with a list of requests for a holiday which was due to start in less than 24hrs. John suggested the perfect little village with warm weather, beaches, mountains and everything else I had asked for. He went out if his way to ensure i had all my tickets in my hand before the day ended. Thank you John! Phenomenal service. I had a truly fantastic holiday!

Nestled just off Parkway, NW1 - I strongly recommend anyone looking to book a trip away to have a chat with John first. Janaway offers a friendly personal service that is sadly lacking in larger more corporate companies, never been happier to sit and chat with an agent of any kind. John and staff are terrific!

Bespoke services. There are monthly changing different photos from different trips John went to which gives a very nice personal touch to the window display 🙂
