We had a lovely cruise on Loch Ness as a family — me, my husband, our son, and our spaniel Jake. From start to finish, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated that dogs were allowed on board — Jake had the best time!

A special shout-out to our guide, Malcolm, who did a fantastic job! He was knowledgeable, engaging, and added a great personal touch to the trip. He even gave Jake a warm welcome, which meant a lot to us.

The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the commentary gave us a fascinating insight into the history and legends of Loch Ness. It was a peaceful and memorable experience for the whole family.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area — especially families with kids and dogs. A brilliant way to take in the beauty of the Highlands from the water

Well organised cruise (considering how busy it is at this time of year!). Friendly & informative staff & crew (David & Peter were fab). Very relaxing couple of hours with fantastic scenery and informative commentary. Bar & cafe on board. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyable cruise along the canal and on to Loch Ness to Urquhart Castle and back. Interesting information along the way. Weather held for us so had amazing views of the scenery bathed in sunshine.

This was a very well administered Cruise. Starting point was easy to locate lots of amenities. Plenty of room on the boat great views of the lock. Beautiful views of castle and many of the lesser-known sites along the lock. A very good value for the money.

We were very lucky to have a funny and engaging guide on our tour. The skipper was also excellent at his job. The Highland hot chocolates were a delicious refresher against the breeze. Our weather was amazing and it made the whole experience that much better. The guides were engaging and knowledgeable, the boat was well equipped, and views were splendid. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

This was just out of the blue visit as we drive near by and the only available tour was literally in 5 minutes, so we pulled over, and they still sold us tickets at the last minute. The boat is clean, staff is very polite and welcoming, the surroundings is beautiful. I am highly recommending this trip 😍
