Outstanding customer service. I brought my car in after a previous inspection and some work done on it elsewhere, thinking it was going to pass MOT and i’d be On my way. JHG spotted something the previous garage hadn’t, got the parts needed within minutes and squeezed the work into their already busy day, even moving me to the head of the queue when it turned out I couldn’t get home while they worked. Their receptionist was so lovely and hospitable, lending me a phone charger, offering me coffee, being generally extremely kind, as were the mechanics. I cant praise this garage highly enough and will be coming here exclusively next time my car needs anything. Wonderful people.

Used these guys a few time before, yet again amazing service for start to finish. Went it for a mot, need parts that they sourced and fitted, all very reasonably priced. They even washed it afterwards! 🤩 See you again next time!

They lie about parts needing changing when you did it yourself. They forget to put bolts back where they supposed to go, so you end up with loose screws and bolts in your car. 😂 they also get the hump with you if you call to check up on your car. It’s not our fault your time management is poor. Incapable of estimating how long a job will take so you end of paying out a fortune in unused labour. Place has gone down hill since Johnny sold it. Kwik fit would be a better choice and they’re are diabolical but atleast you would get what you pay for.

Absolutely appalling by leaving A mother with two children to find her car, which is nowhere near your MOT Station, I’ve just witnessed with my mum, The mother struggling with two car seats and her two children , her daughter fell Tripping over her little brother Hitting her head on the concrete floor!!! Mum was in shock as well as the children, all of this could of been avoided if the car was at the mot place or one of the staff members should of got the car for her and brought it back.

What a fantastic result by this mechanics team. I was told on the Friday AM that my car wouldn't be available until the tuesday due to the busy summer period, and the team managed to get it all done and dusted by the Saturday. Parts are reasonably priced, speed was brilliant given the original estimated completion. I would recommend this garage.
