Did the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel day trip yesterday. It was an early start for the long journey but a very pleasant one thanks to Harrison's great driving and Billy keeping us informed of the days programme along with an abundance of various facts (useful and otherwise)!! There was a problem with one of the boats on the wheel so we couldn't do the aqueduct but got to see how it felt to go up to the top and back. Very interesting trip.....the Kelpies are stunning and the whole trip was well worth the time so thank you JH Coaches, we look forward to the next time.

I have taken five day trips with JH Coaches over the last couple of months and enjoyed them all. The coaches are always on time at pick up points and the drivers are capable and courteous. Our courier on the Lake District trip, Helen, was informative and had a very clear speaking voice. The time allowed at the destinations was appropriate It's easy to book over the phone or online and the telephone is always answered quickly and courteously.

My son who has recently just started comprehensive school accidentally left his bag with expensive items on the school bus operated by this company. After a few stressful days back and forth and the situation escalating to them no longer having it in their possession and attempting to close the case as a lost item…. Rhys the operations manager stepped in and his service has been absolutely amazing!!! He investigated and located the bag within a day at a completely different location and went above and beyond to get the bag back to us. We are extremely grateful and Rhys is a credit to the company. His customer service, professionalism and efficiency is something that requires acknowledgement. He turned what was quickly becoming a negative experience from service received prior to his involvement to an overall positive one. Thank you again Rhys we really do appreciate it.

Recent update: There still doing it.

J H Coaches parking illegally on a path in front of a no stopping sign and keep clear markings right in front of a school with school children walking around. School children unable to walk on the path due to the bus blocking it. There also now blocking traffic - Auditing Sunderland

Fantastic experience recently on our school trip. Pickup from Newcastle to Stansted and then return journey from Leeds to Newcastle. Both drivers (Robert and Dom) were absolutely lovely and very accommodating in helping us plan stops etc. Thanks for everything!
