I must say this is the best travel agency I've ever used compared to the past experience I've been through. The staff are so experienced, helpful, very knowledgeable and even when I was abroad they helped me with my bookings when i had some problems. Went to see Mo and he sorted everything out for our first family holiday he went the extra mile and got us priority boarding which was amazing as we were travelling with kids honestly would recommend anyone to book with Itravel as they got us the best deals in comparison to others. I would most definitely be booking with them again Thank you Itravel

I have used ITravel to book my holidays for as long as they've been open. Great service and best prices around including online. Once you know what package you're after pop down to see khalid who will give you the best deal compared to most if not all online retailers. Khalid is always available for any questions or queries I've had and also checks up on us after we've been on the holiday to ensure we had the best experience. Worst travel agents I have ever experienced. Firstly just when initially enquiring about booking my honeymoon I was passed around so many people and clearly a lack of communication as I was having to repeat what I wanted each time i spoke to someone. When I finally managed to book our honeymoon I received no invoice, boarding passes and hotel confirmation until i chased them up everyday and managed to get them the day before we flew out. On the day out flying out we were told no transfers had been booked despite being promised this when payment was made. Cost us £300 more than love holidays and had to babysit the staff to do their jobs. Absolutely no communication and failed to do their job, worst experience i have ever come across with a travel agency. Just to add on Vienna who booked our holiday was so rude and unhelpful, put the phone down on us when queried about transfers. Better to book yourselves, avoid the stress and agro.

I have been using Itravel for several years..I couldn't be happier..I leave my bookings with the team and they sort out all the price and destinations and airfares for me it's a piece of mind ..plus the team is on 24 hours on call wait for any emergency supports when u r aboard
