AVOID! If I could rate them lower than one star 🌟 I without a doubt would.
Service was absolutely appalling from start to finish, and I had to push to get a receipt from staff when purchasing some games . Unfortunately, we had had to return the games, and the female staff member practically threw them back at us, saying she would not accept them, saying they were soaking wet. I was shocked , I picked up one of the games; the bottom of the case was a bit wet and the edge of the outer sleeve had some condensation from a cold bottle of water in the bag. The staff member was loud, brash and obnoxious during the entirety stating that she's been doing the job for 15 years and she knows everything about it; and that she cares about the job not like CEX and othe places. She made us feel very embarrassed and small over what should have been a simple exchange and the purchase of more products for our grandson who was with us.
Ps 15 years is a tomato season. 🍅

This shop is hands down one of the most amazing little businesses in the area, the team down there are always willing to help and answer any questions that I have or anyone else for that matter, they have gone the extra mile many times to make my shopping experience as easy and well informed as possible, and if they haven't got it, they will order it for you if they can. They also run after hours workshops and game night through the year, which is a testament to there loyalty to there customer base and the local community. This shop is always my first port of call for any gaming related purchase and long may it continue.

Item drop has always been a family favourite shop to pop into over the years. Our kids love to look around and we have always been warmly welcomed by the staff. Family who have come to visit have said they love the shop and the staff too! We are not very up to date with the gaming world but they always have the time and knowledge to help us 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just need to add we was in the shop recently when a customer was so unbelievably rude to the staff! It was a jaw dropping moment! We saw it all from start to finish along with other customers and we all couldn’t believe the cheek! But Item Drop handled the incident with such professionalism and grace 👌🏼 We just needed to reaffirm this as there is always 2 sides to a story and we were the bystanders!
