I have used IOW Tours for 30 years + in all this time I can say that they really do look after you, when the Pandemic was here, they had to cease trading, but they are up and running by their new CEO Mr Geoff Holt and his group, the name IOW Tours they have kept, I have had three groups use the Company and nothing has changed, so keep up the good work, and thanks to Oli who is the agent I deal with.

A huge thank you to Sophie and her Manager Geoff and all the "back room" staff for the wonderful Ladies Charity long weekend they arranged and perfected for our 162 guests at the Shanklin Hotel. All the boxes, and more, were well and truly ticked. Without hesitation we have booked next year and most of our guests have indicated a desire to do so too.. Great service. Wonderful food. Fantastic weekend to Boship lion farm hotel
We were met with driver Tim lovely welcome.
My husband is disabled nothing too much trouble very caring and attentive.
On arriving at hotel met by David
Charming and friendly young man.
With the weather being a problem to be able to go out on the Sunday he did a quiz.
Enjoyed his company wherever we were in the Hotel.
Hope to see him again.

Very helpful company.. We use them annually for our ex forces reunions all over the country from hotels to transport to sightseeing..all needs are considered and take care off.. The staff are brilliant..

They were excellent. Company has closed down since beginning of October. They kept promising refunds but can understand now why they were never forthcoming. Still trying to get refunds through BCH from card companies. ☹️☹️

went to folkestone grand birston hotel as a group of 4 friends. booked two double rooms, ended up with a double and a twin. eventually was placed in another double room but 4 floors away from friends. shower didnt work, power kept going out so no lights a lot of the time. swimming pool use was extra fee. A really Grubby hotel. Makes Fawlty Towers look like the Ritz. First and last time I will use them.
