Absolutely LOVED this tour. My friend and I made the trip from Glasgow to Cumbrae specifically to come to this lovely distillery and it was so incredibly worth it! We not only had multiple delicious gins, but the tour itself was so fun! Lots of history and interesting facts about gin and the history behind it! Our lovely tour guide was so nice and fun! And again, the gin was delicious! Definitely 100% recommend!

We had such a great experience at this distillery shop! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful from the moment we walked in. We started with a tester package and absolutely fell in love with the Croc Rock Gin. It was so good, we went back to pick up a full-sized bottle and a coaster.

To top it off, the lovely staff member gave us a bottle of ginger ale and recommended pairing it with the gin—such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. ❤️ 🍸

My husband picked up a bottle of Lion Rock blended malt, and I couldn’t resist the mini gin bottle selection pack. The quality and pricing is outstanding, and the incredibly friendly customer service made the experience even better.

This place is absolutely worth a stop if you're heading to Millport! I'm already looking into booking the gin experience — the setup looks amazing and perfect for some great photo ops. Can’t wait to come back!

I visited the distillery on an impromptu visit to the beautiful island of Cumbrae. The tour was fun, informative and I got to taste several of their fabulous gins. Very enjoyable and would definitely recommend this to anybody visiting. A surprising little gem of a business that is doing amazing things!

My friend and I visited here on Saturday the 5th July 2025. We advise booking ahead as it can get booked up quickly. The tour was amazing and lots to learn and hear about how this wee company started and have evolved. Our guide Freya was just so full of information, enthusiasm and very friendly and funny she just made it even more special. The gin tastings were fun 🤩 and super delicious too. Highly recommend.

We loved our Gin Tasting and Distillery Tour. It’s really lovely to get an insight into a local, small business who are doing such an amazing job. The tour was engaging and interesting, with lots of laughs. Struan was a great host and his service was fantastic. The gin is really tasty and the bottles are beautiful. Thank you!

Excellent way to spend an hour or so . Very interesting and entertaining talk on the history of gin and good insight on how it is made today. Also got to sample some of the fine gins which are made on the premises....had forgotten how much I liked it. Great value 🙂

Had an excellent gin tour in here this afternoon lead by the lovely Freyja! The staff in the distillery are always lovely whenever I pop in and the tour was no exception. Incredibly educational, learnt so much about - not only the history of gin - but also the history the island! Even as somewhat of a local I learned a great deal. We were also given samples of the gins available and walked through each of them, discussing the notes and inspirations. All excellent gins and a fascinating operation. Highly recommend for an afternoon out, even if you're not necessarily a gin drinker (like my partner who loved the experience despite having never been big on gin before). Absolutely smashing! We'll be tipsy til "the 'maura"! Thanks guys! 😂🥴
