I just recently moved from London to Tunbridge Wells and had an amazing experience at Isabella Grace! I had already tried on two dresses at other stores in London that I really liked, but none of them felt like “the one”. That all changed when I came here. Amber and Carrie were absolutely fantastic. They were super knowledgeable, kind and attentive. Amber really listened to what I was looking for and used her background as a seamstress to guide me toward the perfect dress. Her expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with my choice and I’m so excited to walk down the aisle with my dream dress from Isabella Grace!

I had a wonderful experience at Isabella Grace and my consultant Amber was amazing! Amber was so down to earth, attentive and caring. To be honest the whole team on site were friendly and there is a lovely atmosphere and ambience in the bridal shop. I went with my sister, best friend and daughter and they too had a great time. Would totally recommend! I said Yes to the dress at Isabella Grace!!

Amazing experience with Isabella Grace Bridal! If you want a luxury experience from start to finish then this is the best place! The ladies at Isabella Grace were super helpful without putting pressure on to find the right dress. Admittedly every dress I tried on I wanted to take home! Yesterday I chose my dress at Isabella Grace.. everything was 10/10 from start to finish. I really like their process of eliminating dresses without it feeling overwhelming. Gabrielle was incredible in every single way, she genuinely made me feel like I looked amazing and she knew the dress for me (it was the first dress I tried on!) she was amazing at pinning the dress in the right places (I’ve been to other dress shops that didn’t know how to do this)

Isabella Grace helped me find my dream wedding dress and what an amazing team and boutique they have! You are made to feel so comfortable in what can be daunting and put right at ease. It was such a great experience and I loved every minute! Would thoroughly recommend visiting as I don’t think you could leave this boutique without finding a beautiful dress! One word...wow! I had the most amazing experience at Isabella Grace yesterday. I was greeted by the amazing Mandy who looked after me and my guests for my appointment. The most beautiful bridal boutique with a huge range of choices. The pre-appointment information is super helpful which enhances your experience on the day. Mandy was so friendly, helpful and most of all, knowledgeable! I felt so comfortable straight away despite still feeling so nervous, she put me at ease straight away! I went to my appointment with an open mind, not sure what to expect but knowing I said Yes To The Dress was the best feeling and outcome for the day! I found the most beautiful wedding dress at Isabella Grace Feb 2025. I couldn’t fault my experience, from start to finish the process was flawless. I had 2 appointments, the first one was with Carrie who was very helpful and had great knowledge of all the dresses and designers. The second one was with Lauren who couldn’t have been kinder, she made me feel heard and as if no request was too much, she couldn’t have made the appointment any better. The bridal stylist I had was Gabs who was just so lovely and made my family and I feel so comfortable. The process of eliminating dresses worked really well and they have an amazing range of dresses.

We loved our time at Isabella Grace and Gabs helped me to find my dream dress! The shop is so beautiful and I highly recommend them!
