I booked a taxi and after waiting 20 minutes with no sign of it, I called the office. The dispatcher told me the driver had been waiting outside for 10 minutes — yet I received no call, text, or even a knock at the door to let me know he had arrived. To make matters worse, the response I got was unhelpful and dismissive. The dispatcher just kept repeating, “I did say he was on his way,” without offering any solution or even an apology. Very disappointing service.

Rang a taxi when I rang to check where it was at he was so rude told us taxi had been and gone. I am heavily pregnant and just needed to get home when I said no one had called to let us know he blamed us and for not knowing I would not recommend this company to anyone. The way he spoke to us was disgusting then hung up on us when we asked why he was being so rude disgusting service and no respect whatsoever.

These guys were great. Took us from Carlisle to Edinburgh, no pre booking made and arrived in 15mins from call (and this was on a Saturday night). Thank you for your excellent service and kindness.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STAR IF I COULD!!!!!

Booked a taxi to take my daughter on her first outing in her electric wheelchair. From the booking clerk, to the driver, the service was excellent. The taxi arrived on time, and the driver helped guide my daughter's wheelchair into and from the taxi on the ramp. I was really impressed at the friendly and efficient service and will definitely use it again.

Great taxi firm. I was stuck in carlisle after being discharged from the hospital at 1.30 in the morning. This taxi firm got me home safe they made sure I knew my drivers name and what colour the cab was, so I didn't get into the wrong one.
