Great service when it's a quiet day but otherwise they're useless. Ordered a taxi to pick me up from the train station on a wild and windy night, they said 'no problem'. Except there was no taxi. After two more calls and twenty + minutes, they said a taxi was on the way. They said that it was a busy night. Why take bookings then? Totally incompetent but they've got the monopoly and it shouldn't be allowed. Competition improves the service. Got home around 1am.

Answered immediately. Plenty of legroom in taxi. Very helpful driver.I have mobility issues and he helped with all my shopping ,which was a big help.

Best taxi company in Irvine whenever I call they usually have a taxi in the area to get me immediately. They accept card payments as well which is great as a lot of the other taxis don't. Keep up the good work 😁

Booked taxi and waited ages then got call to say it was there which it wasn’t. Could hardly make out what driver was saying. Phoned again for another taxi which took longer to arrive than I was told. My friend Sandi have issues walking so quite stressful although second driver was very pleasant.
