I submitted an application via Indeed on January 16th and unfortunately never received any response. The job listing remained open without any updates, which suggests a lack of administrative follow-through and communication. It reflects poorly on how they manage the recruitment process and value potential applicants.

Referred me for a role but the communication is poor.

Had to chase/follow up numerous times regarding interview start times/dates.

Mentioned numerous times "we'll call you back" but very rarely honoured it.

After having the interview on a Thursday I was told "you'll hear back from us tomorrow or early next week - regardless of outcome."

It's now Tuesday and I'm still yet to hear back from them.

Been working through Irlam Associates for Stansted for the last few months. I cannot be more happier. Mamoon help me from first day. If anyone is interested about working at the airport,I would highly recommend Irlam. All staff is very friendly and i get help with referencing and all administration things.

Phoned to ask about a job that they replied to me and said the job was filled and found out it is still being advertised, so I queried this and no one bothered to get back to me - people are so rude
