Had the most amazing experience with my first solo trip with Intro. Everything was so well organised, accommodation was great and it was the experience of a lifetime. Highly recommend Intro Travel if you want to tick a location off your bucket list. That was Bali for me and it was absolutely beyond my expectations. I chose the 12 day Bali experience and had Katie as our Group Leader. She made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. No question or request was too much. Thanks so much again for everything Katie! You are the best!
The agenda was perfectly diverse, and I love how Intro works with local families to support them and their businesses. The local guides we had were all wonderful and hilarious characters, bringing all temple, rice fields and monkey forest visits to the next level.
I really enjoyed having everything perfectly planned out and arranged, it took all the stress out of the usual travelling. 1000% would I look to tick off another bucket list location with Intro Travel.

I took the 15 day Bali Experience tour and it was one of the most amazing trips I have ever been on.
It included so many once in a life time experiences including swimming with manta rays which was a dream come true. I was lucky to make brilliant friends with the rest of my group who I now share unforgettable memories with.
Our tour guides Andri and Carolyn made the trip run so smoothly so that we never had to worry about anything. I felt so safe having them as group leaders, they made sure we were able to experience the best of Bali whilst remaining stress free. They also made sure to take phenomenal photos for us throughout the trip to capture our memories. I cannot thank them enough for the trip of a lifetime. 100% recommend travelling with Intro, I cannot fault them.

My trip to Croatia was my third solo trip, but it was my first one with Into Travel. It was hands down the best trip that I have done. From the moment I signed up I was assisted with any questions or worries about traveling. When our tour guide Becca was assigned to us she was so helpful! She made any worries of travels to get there disappear! She answered any and all questions I had before the trip officially started. She was there to greet us and help us get settled in.
Becca has such a friendly, bubbly and welcoming personality! I knew that it was going to be an amazing time! With such a large group she took the time to get to know everyone. She took a group of people from all over the world and created a “family” of fun times, laughter and memories to last a lifetime. Plus awesome dance moves to get everyone ready for what the day/night would bring.
I am already planning my next Intro Travel trip because of my guide Becca! If you get her as your guide, you are going to have a wonderful time!

I did the OZ East Coast tour for 28 days and was more than thrilled. Thanks to Intro, you get as many different impressions of a country as possible.
My two group leaders Shannon and Gemma were just a dream. They looked after you, answered all your questions and always had a smile on their faces, which was of course immediately infectious. Thank you both so much 🙂
My two highlights were the 3 day sailing trip with snorkelling and seeing Sydney.
I can only recommend it to everyone. The trip is so much more relaxed than if you had to do everything yourself and you get to know so many nice people who quickly become family.

Currently on my way home from the Bali intro 12 day trip, so sad to be leaving ? Had the most amazing time, made friends for life and made so many memories. The experiences you’ll have on this trip are amazing. Our group leader Greta was lush and always made sure we were safe and had the best time. You’d be lucky to have Greta as your group leader ? If you’re nervous about travelling or have never travelled on your own before then the intro trips are great. This was my first solo travel and being with the group and having everything planned was so reassuring. The amount of experiences and activities within this trip are crazy and we even had opportunities to do extra activities such as scuba diving which was magical. All accommodations were to good standard and so pretty. I cannot wait to book on to another intro trip and travel some more. Definitely going to miss everyone and being in Bali ?

I would highly recommend the Japan Adventure 13day tour for any first timers in Japan. The itinerary is jam packed and great value for money, you get to see many aspects of Japan and Japanese culture.
What really made the trip for me was our group leader Yoni, he has incredible insight and knowledge of the places you visit and the people you meet along the way, he was very reassuring and accommodating if anyone in the group had any issues or queries, he has wonderful vibes and such great karma.

Just returned home from the 12 day Intro Tour in South Africa and wow what an amazing experience it was! From start to finish the tour was so efficiently planned out. Our group leader was Dan and his proactiveness and willingness to go above and beyond really eased the whole process for a first time solo traveller; messaging about transport options from the airport, daily packing lists and itinerary reminders, as well as being a really enthusiastic and fun guy. His love for South Africa shone through and made our experience incredible. As well as that we had a local guide called Liezl who’s knowledge on her country was next to none, regularly providing story times on the bus and cultural facts as well as her love for birds on the game drives haha! She also went above and beyond in making the trip both memorable and informative. The overall trip itinerary was perfect! Starting off with the important history of South Africa in Johannesburg which set the scene for the trip before travelling round on game drives and seeing all the amazing wildlife South Africa has, truly a once in a lifetime experience. The culture in South Africa is really incredible and the locals loved putting on performances for us and getting us involved. And finally we arrived in Cape Town, which stole my heart. The most beautiful city on earth! South Africa I will be back and Intro Travel, thank you for making this trip all that it is!
